Royal Copenhagen Reviews 

My first meeting with Royal Copenhagen occured in January 2014 when my wife and I were in Copenhagen on holiday. We went to the shop outlet and purchased some items from Christmas collection. They were amazing. Of course, if we had enough money, we would buy everything. After returning to Moscow we ordered some more goods produced by Royal Copenhagen via their webshop. Everything was perfect - the quality of purchased items, the delivery. So I'm sure that we'll continue collecting Christmas porcelain produced by Royal Copenhagen, because we have a dream to have the full collection.

I rewarded myself with a nice couple of RC figurines to enlarge my collection:Hans Christian Andersen and a foothbathing Santa Claus, very ironic indeed. Although I had to wait for the delivery a little bit, I am very satisfied with the traditional quality of RC products.

I was really happy when I first received the box containing my order, because I expected to find what I asked for. The surprise came with a big smile as I realised that the boxes were 2: not only my iconic Taurus was by me, but also an amazing decorated big bowl was there. My dad has these plates, getting them from his brother for Christmas. Last year my uncle was unable to get him one as the store he usually gets them from was flooded out in High River. My father asked me to find him one and boy are we both glad we did. I think this is our favourite plate so keep up the good work and the awesome customer service.

One of the 19 cm side plates , the blue painting is lighter than all the other pieces in our collection. This may in fact be due to the decoration being finer than on the other items, thus the design appears to be lighter blue than on other items.
I know that each item is individual, and am satisfied, but this is why I only gave 4 stars rather than 5.
Packaging excellent , delivery on time.

We are collecting Royal Copenhagen dinnerware and are extremely satisfied. Wonderful design, stable quality, can be cleaned in dishwasher. We just love it!

We received the order a bit late from my perspective... 3 weeks from ordering to delivering.. and we got a plate broken... but I sent an email to the customer care (the same address as the delivering email communication) and they answered immediately.. send a picture and that's all.. I am very happy, the new plate arrived in perfect conditions and very fast.. and I sent out only a picture of the issue.. GREAT SERVICE, very simple and very effective.

Servicce is good but delivery is little late.

I chose 2 items, a Christmas bell and a small collectable plate.
Both were absolutely beautiful.
They arrived perfectly packed within a week of placing the order.

I adore royal copenhagen so much that than I have noticed on-line store I was so happy! Also I was a bit afraid of damage during shiiping but package was great and safe! I also wish the price of shipping (50eur to my country) could be lower or the company could do as often as possible free delivery, that would be so great!

My order must have arrived within 5 days of ordering.
Wouldn't you know it though, within a few days of ordering the company offered free worldwide shipping. For me in NZ the shipping cost more than the item I ordered!

I was on holiday in Denmark and saw there plates in a shop, bought one and once home I wanted more.I ordered a plate and a few eggcups from their web shop and the site was very easy to use. The parcel came very quickly and when I opened it I could see that the items were well packed.. I can't recommend Royal Copenhagen highly enough. I will be back!

Shipping was faster than last years, it took only four days to deliver the goods. The website however is still quite essential, but good enough for being single branded.
