The cam lock on my Europa plastic enclosure broke and I needed to replace it. Found one online with RS Electrical. Called them. Very professional and helpful staff confirmed the part would fit the enclosure. Ordered online. Pain free. Fuss free. Delivery within 2 days. Kept fully informed re delivery details.
Part fits perfectly. Job done.
Would highly recommend this company.

Non-arrival of urgent website purchase …
Urgent website purchase (showing 4 items in stock). No dispatch notice, so a chase up call after a week. Item needed to be ordered. 1 week later, same procedure. Customer service very friendly and helpful but it took 16 days for my item to arrive for an unhappy client. The company appears to have no outstanding orders system. But good range of stock.
