The delivery crew were a mixed bag
The delivery crew were a mixed bag - one was impatient and angry, and kept blurting out Danish over the phone after I explained I do not understand the language. He straight up shouted at me when we met face to face, and it took a great deal of self-control not to respond with the same degree of aggressivity. His colleague was wonderfully calm, however, and tried to salvage whatever degree of pleasantness he could - although he never attempted to calm down the first one.
Aside from that, the delivery went smoothly.

Appalling delivery service, and unhelpful, argumentative driver.
Your driver (Avis) has just refused to help carry my delivery to the door. He's left it by my post box. Despite me paying extra. My order was over 5000kr with Jysk, and so delivery was free. I paid 349kr extra for delivery to the door. I cannot move it myself. He even argued about it. Apparently I have to give you at least one star :(

Not helpful
They call saying they’re outside and it’s not true. Delivery also makes you take the package off the truck yourself. It costs quite a lot to get it delivered, the least that can be done is to leave it by the main entrance. It was over 20kg and I had to walk with it as the truck couldn’t drive all the way to the entrance. Mark thay they have a trolley to carry heavy stuff.

Quick and efficient delivery
Delivery people called ahead of time and arrived in time. 3 people carried our 7 items upstairs in no time. Quick and efficient. Very friendly.

The service was great, and the staff was friendly. Their communication was clear, thorough, and timely, which was particularly appreciated while waiting for a delivery.
