I bought my washing machine online and…

I bought my washing machine online and it was simply and easy!! 2 days later, the old machine out and the new machine in!! Thank you to the help line for answering my delivery questions. Michael and Michael came to deliver my machine today and their service was great!! Thank you RT Edwards for making my first time purchasing off you easy. Great customer service!!!

What fabulous customer service!

What fabulous customer service!! Just excellent. Rang yesterday looking for a new washing machine and I wasn't sure whether to go with a front loader. I had done some research but Tahlia from the Helensvale Store was very informative both top and front load. I made a choice and it was delivered the following morning. 2 guys both with the same name 'Michael', they unpacked, installed and took the old machine away. Truly impressed by the whole experience. Thank you and now I can do some washing :)

Browns Plains Queensland R T Edwards sales and delivery..

Had Navin sell me a new Front loader on Thursday last, a gentleman to do business with. On Saturday the delivery done by Michael and his offsider, pleasant and carefully efficient were they. I'm so happy with the deal and the service I received from the team at R T Edwards Browns Plains Qld. Thank you.

Awesome experience from Loganholme and Delivery guys

Ben and Louisa I think her name was from the Loganholme store were awesome with service and helped with getting exactly what we wanted.
Also the delivery guys Michael and Tyson who delivered twice to me were awesome, they went above and beyond to drop my goods off to me in immaculate condition and to also help me get my fridge freezer through the door into my house as it was a VERY tight squeeze. Thanks guys, it was much needed and much appreciated, keep up the good work.

I would recommend RT Edwards to anyone, they are great with there prices and delivery, very kind and friendly employees and have a wide range of selection for you to use from. All in all, a good company and a great place in order to fill your house up :)

Delivery Team

Just had my goods delivered and the delivery guys were fantastic! Very friendly and when the saw that I had an injury, immediately offered to install the washing machine for me. Great team! Thank you Michael and Michael
