Didn’t buy of you not happy with your wanted to buy a fridge for $1900 The 600 deposit to be paid then pay balance off over 56 months what a joke it’s definitely gone down hill

The staff at RT Edwards were very good at what they do. I was only in store as a friend of mine was sorting out an upgrade on her own account. I was just browsing. Then one of the salespeople came up to me and asked if I would like to try to apply. I hesitated at first but then thought it wouldn't hurt to try. By the end of the visit I had 3 out of the 4 salespeople I saw working together on my account to organise me a brand new tv with matching sound bar of very good quality and at a very reasonable price. They were friendly helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went back in recently to grab another item and was quite annoyed when told I couldn’t due to a stolen item on my account. I don’t find this very fair.

I recently had a problem with my refrigerator that i was renting through RT Edwards, after a quick phone call to the store i was immediately given priority and seen by a very experienced and approachable salesman.
