Good materials at great prices delivery of wetwall took a little longer as I’m in Scotland but overall happy with the service I’ve already had another customer order their bathroom and will soon be ordering more.

You passed the 'Ronseal' test, i.e. you did what it said on the tin. Also provided a little helpful feedback via email.

Delivery driver very reluctant to put delivery in garage. Drive way delivery only.

I’ve bought and used the Abacus wall board kit from Rubberduck before…it was so easy to use I bought it again for the other half of our bathroom. Great value for money plus peace of mind against leaks, what more can you ask for? It was delivered undamaged by a lovely, friendly guy who had to navigate a tricky path in the dark. All in all an excellent experience and service. I can recommend.

Needed a specific toilet seat. These peeps had the correct one. Ordered it. Turned up and fitted all with in two days. Exactly what I needed a quick and efficient solution! Highly recommend

Had to call support for assistance with ordering and Harvy was very helpful and made ordering easy and stress free
Delivered within 2 days. Called when on way and then the delivery man was fantastic. Very helpful bringing the extremely heavy slate shower tray to the house. All in all a great company to do business with and will definitely use again.

Shocking service
I made a huge order. With this firm
Only half the order never turned up
Fitter had to cancel through this
Which was inconvenient for use and him
Phoned and promised a phone call Monday 9am
Never happened
It never happened because there where busy
So get more staff if you are a busy firm
It was never delivered from the company

But Rubberduck never chased this up

I would never buy again from Rubberduck

There don’t care if it’ caused inconvenience to me or the fitter .
Then promised another delivery never turned up on the date promised .
I returned surplus supplies
I was charged £20 to pick it up
The fault of Rubberduck staff ordered to much .
Then I’m having to fight to get my refund
Still haven’t received my refund

Rubberduck sourced a non-standard shower panel for us from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the UK distribution chain for the brand failed to mention that they would not immediately place the order with the manufacturer. Jarred was proactive is chasing up both the distributors and manufacturers throughout the delays, and communication by email and phone was excellent. While the whole experience took months longer than quoted, this was due to fault with third party distributors (over which rubberduck had no choice or control) and the customer service with rubberduck themselves was excellent.

Everyone has problems sometimes but its how you respond which is important. The response was excellent quick efficient and kept me upto date .
