One problem after another, late delivery, wrong items delivered which they took back then another week to get a replacement. The plumber they supplied to fit just stood around as he didn’t have the items to fit then went off to do his own stuff and didn’t come back. My bathrooms still not fitted 5 weeks after. The store is called jaguar the online shops called rubberduck what the hell just a shambles.

The advice was sound with good products at the right price and promptly delivered. What else can I say, but thanks very much for your support and I will be back

Always super helpful, proactive and can-do attitude to problem solving, questions, delivery slot queries and general queries. Extremely helpful and they always appear to be able to tie together previous order numbers, email trails & phone queries. I highly recommend Rubberduck and will definitely be using them again!

Ordered easily, good communication even when DHL failed to deliver, when citing lack of address details as an excuse. Communicated DHL message to Rubber Duck acknowledging that they had applied the delivery address correctly.

Products as described, great value and well organised delivery

The Wet Wall panels, bought from rubberduck, greige stone. Hugely disappointed, the panel colours matched before fitting. They are on 2 walls of a shower meeting at a right angle. One wall is dark grey, the other light grey, due to the window light. Do not buy if intending to use on more than 1 wall!!!! My new bathroom is ruined. Stick to tiles.

I ordered a plug hole with overflow attachment in a panic as when our kitchen fitter opened our sink it had come without this part. And of course our tap was brushed bronze, the most obscure colour ever to match to at short notice. My order came within 2 days which was amazing, and it was exactly what we needed and cheaper than many other places I looked for something similar. Couldn't recommend more

Ordered a tap with estimated delivery 11-15th June. Contacted on the 16th, as it still hadn't arrived. I was told it wasn't in stock and was due in July.
So this company sells products it doesn't have (presumably it's a drop shipping store). Rather than advising the customer they prefer to wait until the customer chases them.
Avoid this shambolic store.

The company were able to supply an item which other companies did not have and we were so pleased with the first item that we ordered an additional one.

Both items arrived on time and were well packaged.

We ordered a tile over tray as our customer wanted this particular finish, it arrived in the most appalling state and not because of the delivery driver, it would have been packaged like it. We use these type of trays often in our business and Ive never seen anything like it. Ive emailed and waiting for a reply and tried phoning this afternoon but no one answered. We will wait and see what happens

The item we ordered was out of stock with a long delay but Ben could not have been more helpful, he negotiated a special deal on the more expensive radiator for us and it arrived the very next day, excellent!
