Delivery on time and excellent quality of rugby top. However couldn't get the top over my grandsons head. Had to return the top to the local shop. No issues. Awaiting refund.
As always whenever I deal with rugby heaven whether online or in store service is fantastic. I mainly go in to store in Cwmbran as staff are always helpful and prefer face to face.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised with the quick delivery. Normally something ordered from the UK is a lengthy wait time. Nice that the cost of item was in CAD. Unfortunately, FedEx is pretty incompetent and it took a while for us to get pick-up.

Poor returns process.
Poor returns process.
Faulty rugby boots. Despite detailed photos and descriptions outlining the issue, a refund would not be granted until the boots were examined in person. I even offered to purchase another pair of boots pending the return of the faulty boots so my son could keep playing, so long as they could confirm they would make a refund once the faulty boots were returned. Rugby Heaven declined this.
I will not be purchasing from this company again! Be warned

£130 boots have broken after one use, emailed customer service- didn't get a reply for 5 days and then have been told its unfortunately the 'fault of a stud' and nothing to do with the boot and the company won't refund or exchange the item. If I could give a 0 star review- I would. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a pair of Adidas Rugby boots, and sadly these have come apart. The team at Rugby Heaven have been less than helpful, and accused us of using them on a 4G pitch - Their reluctance in dealing with our issue just shows their Customer Service is dreadful. Customer Satisfaction is clearly not a priority for Rugby Heaven, and for this reason I will not be using them again!
