I don’t like they charge the stock fee…
I don’t like they charge the shipping fee of $21. It’s better to buy Amazon in this aspect. SHIPPING FEE of $21 is insane.

I got bamboozled by RUGS USA
I ordered rugs and pads. I received the small rug and pad. There was a photo of the delivery of the small rug.
The other 4x6 rugs and pads did not arrive. Although Flash delivery said they were delivered. No photo and no rugs.
I discussed with the company. No help. They said the rugs were delivered, but I had no rugs AND NO DELIVERY PHOTO. They basically called me a liar.
I finally went to resolution via PayPal. It was evident from the get go that PayPal planned to deny my claim which was refund the cost of the larger rugs and pads. PayPal kept saying I was not sending the information I requested. I sent electronically to them EVERY EMAIL regarding the order from start to finish.
No refund. PayPal, as I predicted went with Rugs USA. I will NEVER use RUGS USA again. The RUGS people were rude and did not follow up with the Ontrac-Laser Ship delivery company THEY CHOSE regarding my rugs...no photo of the delivery, yet I did get a delivery photo of the small rug which WAS delivered by FedEx.
I got bamboozled. Someone has my rugs. Be very careful if ordering from RUGS USA!

Fool me once...
I placed an order for a rug and rug pad. When my credit card information was accepted, the order went through without my first being able to review the order for accuracy. (Two customer service agents confirmed that this was true.) I called and emailed RugsUSA several times, but the address couldn't be corrected, and there was no guarantee the products would be returned to them. I can only receive a refund, though, after they receive the rug and pad, which had been shipped separately, back at their warehouse (wherever in the world that is).
