Beautiful rug,very quick delivery,excellent communication...the only one issue I had was that this time it wasn't packed well. Very thin plastic bag which was broken once arrived. Also the carpet was folded several times instead of being rolled up, so it got marks...but in the end I still love it!

Very nice rug and the service was fantastic. The rug was sold out when I wanted to purchase it, so I contacted the customer service and they were so nice to let me know when it will be restocked again and generally super friendly. Fantasitc quality rug for the best price! Aanrader!
