Outstanding customer service
We inadvertently ordered the wrong hall runner from Runrug (we needed one with a non-slip backing). Just one phone call was all it took to arrange for a prompt free return of the product, a re-order of the one we should have bought, and a refund of the difference in price. Their customer service agent Joe Bloomfield was excellent and deserves recognition. We're also very pleased with the quality of the product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Runrug to family and friends.

Aztec Hallway Runner
Purchased a darker coloured hallway runner now that autumn and winter are here. But it was more of a dark brown colour that I received rather than a beige and I was therefore a little disappointed. Quite hardy and easy to clean.
