As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing but the team at Rupert Wood really put us at ease! The whole process was quick and easy! From instruction to completion it was nearly 12 weeks to the day!

I had a very disappointing experience with Rupert Wood and Son. The handling of paperwork was both slow and careless—documents were completed late and, in some cases, not filled out properly, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.

Communication was also extremely poor throughout the process. There was a clear lack of updates and responsiveness, not just with me but also with the previous owner, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, the service fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

Commercial lease: This was a challenging time for us and Michelle helped guide us and most importantly did not allow the other solicitor to push her in a direction that was not suitable for the company or myself. The only thing I will say is at the beginning the communication was not great and lead to us begin frustrated.
