In the beginning, Ruroc founders launched the world's first full-face snow-sports helmet. Today it is the globally renowned RG1-DX. Known for its signature aesthetic, extreme safety, and detachable faceguard. The full-face RG1-DX was designed to protect against sub-zero temperatures, tree-line branches, back-country rocks and park rails. The RG1-DX is no longer the only available helmet on the Ruroc roster. On February 27th 2019, Ruroc dropped the ATLAS motorcycle helmet on the world. The ATLAS helmet quickly gained popularity in the world of moto, with its instantly recognisable style and the lightweight solidity of carbon-fibre. Exactly one year later, the ATLAS 2.0 propelled the brand to the next level of industry prominence. Having listened to customer feedback about the original ATLAS; we internally restructured the ATLAS 2.0 for improved comfort and sizing accuracy, reduced wind-noise, fitted a visor locking pin, designed a tool-less and more tactile visor and fitted a range of other awesome features. In the middle of 2020, Ruroc introduced the BERSERKER streetfighter style motorcycle helmet. Off-road styling met street performance with an aggressive and aero-dynamic safety-certified carbon-fibre shell. The BERSERKER helmet has grown popular for its non-conventional and non-conforming style. Built primarily for on-road ripping, riders all over the world have worn it for a range of EPIC purposes - including snowmobile riding, ATV use and off-road moto use. Less than three months later, Ruroc launched the LITE Ski/Snowboard range. An open-face, pro-performance helmet tried and tested by some of the world’s greatest snow athletes; including Max Parrot, Tanner Hall, LJ Strenio and more. One thing is certain, the LITE helmet is a light helmet that is heavy on high-tech features. Available with the newly developed Shockwave audio ear-padding, fitted with the industry-leading Fidlock buckle and rotational-impact technology built into the helmet’s EPS structure. Combined with the wide-viewing and fogless optics of the pro-performance LITE goggles, the LITE setup is a force to be reckoned with.

Disappointed

Update: Since posting my original review, Ruroc reached out and this time provided genuinely helpful support, very different from my initial experience. We’ve now reached a fair resolution, and it has restored my confidence in the company.

Review: Ruroc AT4 Joker Helmet – Extremely Disappointed

I really wanted to love the Ruroc AT4 Joker, but after giving it a fair try, I’m left seriously disappointed. The helmet looks fantastic, but the wind noise above 60mph is absolutely unbearable. For a premium-priced helmet, I expected far better performance — instead, it’s one of the loudest helmets I’ve ever worn.

I wore it once, realised how bad the noise was, and contacted Ruroc after 9 days to return it. Despite the helmet being in perfect condition, they refused to take it back. Their customer service felt rigid and unhelpful, hiding behind policy rather than offering any real support or understanding.

For a company that markets itself as innovative and rider‑focused, the experience has been the opposite. Great aesthetics, but poor real‑world performance and even worse after‑sales support.

Would I recommend the AT4 Joker or Ruroc as a brand?
Unfortunately, no. Not unless you’re happy to gamble with comfort, noise levels, and a returns policy that offers you very little protection once you’ve actually tried the product.

This guy's know their helmets I ordered my first helmet it was too small Kurt guided me thru I sent them back the helmet withing 4 days I got my new helmet came quick super easy no hassle they also covered my shipping fee for the second helmet love the helmet 😀

Hi there!
I’m writing about something that’s been bothering me, but I’m still giving 5 stars for the design.
I really hope someone from Ruroc reads this and gets back to me.
I’ve been a Ruroc user since 2019, starting with the very first Atlas Ronin 1.0. Without a doubt, the design is the best on the market. However, as people mention on forums, there were some quality issues. I experienced them myself, but despite the flaws, I truly loved that helmet.
This year, I upgraded to the Atlas 4.0. It is miles ahead of the 2019 model, but unfortunately, I’ve run into a technical issue again 😐😐😐 When the visor is closed and I’m riding over 60 km/h, air leaks inside and blows directly into my eyes! It’s extremely uncomfortable.
I tried adjusting the visor for a tighter seal, but it didn't help. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I hope Ruroc won’t leave me hanging and will help me resolve this.

Purchased 2 helmets Ruby & Carbon Fiber and upon receipt was not happy with color match of Ruby to my bike, although the Ruby is beautiful. Sent it back and purchased the Eclipse model. Love the helmet, so light and fit is amazing. Return process was seamless and Madelaine was fantastic:)

Great Customer support and troubleshooting

Positively impressed by troubleshooting approach! Had an issue with my shipment of EOX2.0 due to destination country restrictions, raised by shipping company after processing the shipment. Got in touch with Ruroc support and was contacted by Madeleine same day, whose assistance was nothing but brilliant. Zero burocracy, super quick replies, very straightforward and clear approach with multiple flexible options provided. Finally got my order rerouted to an acceptable for me destination in no time. Great customer service and overall easy navigation and ordering with HQ website. Nice promotions also :)

Love my Atlas 4.0

Love my Atlas 4.0! Unfortunately had an issue with the Shockwave audio on the left side. Emailed customer service and Katie responded almost immediately. After having me try a few things She determined the helmet had a defect. They are sending me a new helmet. Awesome customer service! Thanks Katie:)
