Awful company DO NOT USE!

Awful company. Had windows, doors and cladding fitted. All the windows whilst in the wind, the cladding was left unfinished with gaps between each piece and the French door handles were fitted back to front.
Shocking cowboys. When contacted to ask for the errors to be corrected they went radio silent.

Hi Stacey
Please provide information of the work that we have carried out for you, I cannot find any details of your job, please provide me with your address and what items were installed, we definitely have not carried out any jobs over the last few months which included cladding, French doors and windows, if we did indeed carry out the work for you, I will gladly rectify any issues, however I have not received anything about any issues with our work from you or indeed any of our valued customers.

We are absolutely appalled with the…

We are absolutely appalled with the recent window installation by Rushcliffe windows. The service did not align with the professional standards described on their website. Specifically, the windows installed incorrectly without any foam insulation or the correct sealing. This was a key part of the service we expected. We have observed substantial gaps around the new windows, and unfortunately, bricks have also fallen loose from the wall. We have attempted to reach out to Rushcliffe Windows for a resolution without success. No reply to my email about the issues, ignored. Further action will have to be taken as the open elements are causing damage to my house. Absolutely heartbreaking to see cement falling off around the windows and door. House is freezing as poor insulation. Demanded payment very quickly before leaving.

Hi Rachel
this is yet another review that both you and your partner have left, we have had to have the Google one removed as it was not accurate, as you are aware, we supplied and fitted several windows and a composite door in Anthracite Grey, due to the intense heat directly on your property, the windows and doors expanded to within the manufacturers allowed tolerances, this caused the pointed finish with White cement to crack, we sent the manufacturers service engineer to replace the mortar with a PVC trim as agreed, there was also an issue with a couple of the hinge sets on the windows and again these were quickly swapped, we advised you at the time of surveying your job that the existing dwarf wall at the side of the door was not tied into the internal block work and was indeed moving, you said that you would get a local builder to sort it, your partner then denied this and demanded that we sorted the issue, again as a goodwill gesture we not only did that but we also supplied and fitted at a cost to Rushcliffe Windows of over £1,000.00 new Anthracite Grey cladding and guttering to the two dorma windows, i feel that we have been more that generous in what we have done for you as an apology for the minor manufacturing issues, the manufacturer has been out several times to have a look at the reported issues and each time they have done what you asked, if you or your partner carry on leaving these reviews, we will have no alternative but to contact our solicitor to in the first instance issue you with a cease and desist letter, i genuinely hope that it does not come to this, if you still have any outstanding issues, please contact me and i will pop over to get them sorted.

We’ve had an extremely disappointing…

We’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Rushcliffe Windows. For nearly two weeks, we were led to believe that everything was moving forward with our window order and installation. They made repeated assurances, and we even agreed to their request for a 25% upfront payment.

Then, without warning, they abruptly informed us that they would no longer be providing the materials despite all prior commitments. No clear explanation, no apology, just a complete withdrawal from what had been agreed. This has caused unnecessary delays and wasted time on our end.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Hi, this is the first time that we have even known that it was this company that we were dealing with, we responded to a lead on My Builder, we were lead to believe that we were talking to the landlord of the property, we quoted for 3-windows and was asked to send the contract and deposit invoice over to an email address which belonged to a maintenance company based in London, we then received a telephone call from a finance company asking if they could buy the windows from our suppliers and we were asked if we could just install them, I informed them that this was not possible, having looked at how these people had dealt with this job, I made the decision not to proceed with the job, I find it amazing that this company have the nerve to leave us a 1-star review, i stick by my decision and it sounds like we had a lucky escape.

Very poor service

Rushcliffe windows supplied what turned out to be a faulty front door, which they have accepted needs replacing under warranty. However, they have not supplied a replacement and do not respond to my attempts at contact. This has been going on for over a year.
I would avoid having any dealings with this company.

Great Customer Service & Quality Workmanship

The team at Rushcliffe Windows are genuine, helpful, fair and honest. In an industry plagued by cowboys, they restored our trust in tradespeople.
Kerry, Ben and Karl worked hard to ensure we had the windows and doors to the standard we expected. They were quick to correct any problems and that's a good measure of a great firm. They charge fair prices and our Residence 7 windows are fantastic quality. It really comes down to three things: 1) Choosing the right window/door company....we clearly did!, 2) Finding out who they use to fabricate them, in this case H S Trade....Well done to them too. Lastly, having brilliant installers....which Ben and Karl are. We felt looked after and Kerry checked on progress throughout the installation with several visits to us. We are impressed by their service and workmanship. We would happily recommend Rushcliffe Windows to our family and friends.

I cannot recommend Rushcliffe windows…

I cannot recommend Rushcliffe windows enough, no hard sell, very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements, our new windows are fantastic, the difference between the new windows and our old windows is truly remarkable, the fitters were brilliant and carried out the installation to a very high standard, thank you to all at Rushcliffe Windows.

Good afternoon Kevin, I am sorry that we have ignored the service call that you reported to me a few months ago, as I explained it is very difficult to get parts through at the moment, we were in lockdown for 12 weeks and ordered your weather bar as soon as you reported the issue to me, Ben has called in when passing a few times to fit the weather bar, unfortunately you have been out, then we have entered yet another lockdown so we have been trying to stay out of people's homes wherever possible, I did not think that this was that urgent that we needed to enter your property until the restrictions ended, if you would like us to call to install the weather bar, that really is not a problem, I will be to pleased to rectify the issue , when this is convenient for you.

Great independent company

Just had double glazing fitted for the first time - doors, windows, cladding. Kerry's first visit was reassuring, knowledgeable and gave me a really good quote.
The fitters were great. Nothing would have been too much trouble and if they had any problems, they didn't let me know - no tut tutting or sharp intakes of breath! Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Company & Prices

I had new windows and patio doors from Rushcliffe Windows. After receiving 3 other quotes Rushcliffe was the most competitive and did a fantastic job. I then had them back to replace my conservatory roof and again they did a fantastic job. I am going to use them again when replacing my doors.
