I purchased two lambswool hats. One of them is the 12-inch stunner. Communication was excellent. I needed the hats delivered on a specific time range with UPS delivering to my door. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCTS!

Customer service was extremely rude, patronizing and altogether unprofessional. I'm lucky that they cancelled my order because I found a much better product elsewhere, for a much better price.

I love my music box with St Basil Cathedral and the three horses sledge. It is sent from Russia.

Excellent quality and perfect fit! The mink is beautiful and the hat was obviously made to the custom size I ordered of 59 cm, because it fits perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller. Working with Chris was an excellent experience.

My fiancée and I are soon to be married and living together. Part of the way I’m celebrating this is by buying a modest assortment of beautiful Gzhel dishes we would use for special occasions.

The initial selection I made on Russian Legacy’s website wasn’t available stateside, as I was informed by one of their staff through e-mail shortly after placing an order; an alternative set of choices was provided, similar to the dishes I wanted, all of which were on-hand here in the US.

After making adjustments to the initial order, the dishes all arrived VERY safely and securely packed, with enough foresight for a smooth unpacking experience (unlike some vendors who get a little careless with bubble-wrap tightly taped around porcelain objects with handles).

The dishes are all astoundingly gorgeous, and authentic Gzhel pieces that each came with certificates of authenticity. My fiancée and I both will do our best to take care of them, and hopefully the dishes will outlive us.

The same person who e-mailed me has kept in constant communication as things progressed, making sure the package arrived safely on my end, ensuring I had no problems, and he’s been very patient for my responses considering my hectic schedule that juggles my factory job and me moving my stuff over to my new home through all of this.

The seller responds right away to the questions I had and when I received the hat and scarf for my husband I was blown away by the quality. You can tell these items are made from the highest quality materials and I am already thinking about buying myself the female version. I 100 percent recommend this shop!

This is the second hat I've ordered from Russian Legacy, the first was for myself and I'm very pleased with it, the second one is a present for my brother, who when he saw mine instantly wanted one for his birthday, he chose the Gorbachev ambassador Astrakhan in brown. We worked out the size by comparing my hat to his head! When it arrived he was delighted and it fitted just right. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend Russian Legacy as a company that you can have 100% trust in and is a pleasure to do business with.

Received my Astrakhan ambassador hat a few weeks ago, superb fit and quality, excellent customer service, Russian Legacy contacted me to check that I had got the sizing right, the only downside is that my brother now wants one after having seen mine!! so I will get him one for his birthday in a couple of months.

I purchased this hat a year ago and it remains my favorite. Unfortunately after a night of imbibing I came to part with my beloved hat somewhere in the dark side streets of Eastern Europe. I missed it so much I elected to purchase another before the ice and snow blanket the land. This hat is my go to hat. Combines naturally with business attire and casual dress. This hat certainly keeps me warm when the icy cold Baltic winds gust in winter. The hat is only second to the exemplary service of Russian Legacy. Rest assured you are dealing with a professional whose work ethic reminds of days gone by.

So far I have three winter hats in hand, all of which exhibit excellent workmanship and materials. They are true to size, with only slight variation. I ordered all three at once, and they arrived at the same time just over three weeks from time of order.

I am pleased enough that I have ordered three more hats, including a modified version of one of their existing line. After explaining to Chris what I wanted, he said they would have no problem accommodating me. He did a bit of historical research and asked what specification I desired. I was asked for a small amount of additional money to cover the extra materials and labor, and the order is on its way. A great buying experience, and I readily recommend the company and its products to anyone.
