I purchased a curly lamb ambassador hat and having a large head I ordered the largest size. Nice the size was unusual I was contacted by Russian Legacy to make sure I had measured correctly. Once the size was verified, everything was quick and painless and the hat is beautiful and fits great. I really appreciated their efforts to ensure my satisfaction.

Very pleased by my experiences with Russian Legacy. Initially, I phoned the Company and expressed an interest in an Ambassador Persian Lamb hat. My interlocutor very patiently explained to me how to obtain an accurate measurement of my hat size. He reviewed shipping time frames. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the process from ordering to delivery of merchandise. .My hat promptly arrived in about 2 weeks time from order date. The fit and workmanship are excellent. In the future I will have absolutely no reservations about patronizing Russian Legacy again.

The color is perfect. It is a bit taller than I had anticipated (about 10 1/2 in height), and the circumference is a little wide for my head, but this doesn't matter because I will, as you suggested, tuck it under to wear it, thereby also reducing the height and making it look better on me. The workmanship seems to be of very good quality. We will see how it wears if we get some cold weather this winter. I have been wearing the other hat that I bought from you for several years now and it has shown no sign of wear. I would encourage your workmen to give their final product a good shake out in the future. There were some rather alarming loose tufts of wool that seemed to be falling out of the hat when it arrived, making me a little anxious. I eventually realized that this was probably just loose fur from the manufacturing process. I took it outside and beat it out a bit, getting all the loose wool and dust out of it and now it really shines.

That hat fits great. And the customer support was excellent throughout the process, from ensuring that the size is right to following up on whether the shipment arrives in a secure and timely manner.

I bought the Ambassador's Hat as a special birthday present for my father (for his 80th birthday) - and he LOVES it. The hat is the best quality and it looks terrific on him. I chose the black hat with earflaps - and he's so happy. Thanks so much for the terrific product and great customer service too (including making sure that all the measurements were right before placing the order).

Even if there were a few complications related to customs (Russian Legacy tried to help as much as they could), the order went fine and the russian doll I bought is really gorgeous. Interaction with Russian Legacy was very nice all along the process.
