I found my car on Auto-trader and ended up getting in touch with George from Rw cars on their business WhatsApp, he was very quick to answer any questions I had from start to finish and because of that it was a very easy process, I highly recommend this company and will definitely be going back to them again in the future.

Who do they think they are?!!
RW cars have a lovely shiny showroom with a state of the art coffee machine...that's where the story ends. My son had set his heart on an Audi A5 & was looking forward to test driving it, the car was 19k & he would've been a cash buyer. However, he returned home stating that the salesman was dismissive, patronising & basically showed zero interest in selling him a car. Im assuming because he's only 20, the 'salesman' wrongly (& arrogantly) assumed he wouldnt be able to afford it! As much as he liked the car, theres plenty more businesses out there that deserve good ratings. When you run a business, customer service & basic manners should be a staple, clearly lacking here. It was a no brainer to go elsewhere.

We're naturally disappointed that your son felt this way, particularly as he had found a car he really liked. We genuinely wish him all the best with his new purchase and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, as feedback always gives us the opportunity to reflect on how we're perceived.

Highly recommended. I have had bad experiences at garages before but George was outstanding from start to finish. I would gladly make the trip back to RW cars in Derby for my next car, great selection of quality cars and George provided a real quality buying experience.

Horrific aftercare
Don’t buy if you value after care.
Because there is none.
Service from the team and especially Alfie was appalling. He did nothing but try and insert his dominance in the form of continuously speaking over me. Extremely condescending and sarcastic. All I needed was some one to understand my point in regard to an issue instead I was met with lack of care of regard to the situation. Even if you have proof of a problem it does not mean anything to them, as soon as you leave that show room it is your problem.

Great experience with RW
We bought our car from RW today and dealt with Stewart - at no point did we feel under pressure to make any decisions and Stewart was kind, patient and friendly. Overall very pleased with the experience and wouldn't hesitate returning next time we are in the market for a new car.

Very good garage
Recently bought a car from this garage and had a good experience from start to finish. Harry, the salesman who dealt with me, was helpful, straightforward, and easy to deal with throughout the process. There was no pressure, everything was explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
The car was exactly as described and the whole purchase process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received and would happily recommend this garage to others.
