I use RxWeb in my Pharmacy and have done for 3 years, and I have to say reading the reviews on here they are not reliable or correct information and certainly not from a user. RxWeb provides me with a brilliant PMR for my Pharmacy, it’s fast, fully loaded with all features I need and saves me a fortune on what I used to pay. The new version of RxWeb is really good, even faster and has got lots of new features added this year and I can tell a huge difference on what they have been working on and it’s brilliant. The support desk can’t do enough when I call in and I don’t have any problems at all with it.
I would Definitely recommend it and it does everything my old pharmacy system did but faster and easier. My staff love it for carehomes too it makes life easy for them and I text all my patients direct from RxWeb something I couldn’t do before.
Happy for anyone to call and see my RxWeb running live because you won’t be disappointed.

Too many useless tabs and overcomplicated system. The system needs to be upgraded and simple tasks made as they should be simple! It has too many tabs all over the place that you dont require, system is overcomplicated and cumbersome to use. Too many steps to get a simple step where most systems take one step to do they same process. The system does not have anything that enables you to manage repeat requests in any way shape or form. It does not endorse any broken bulk claims and this has to be done manually otherwise you are out of pocket. The endorse function is none existent and 9 out of 10 times does not work with the printers we had been recommended to use. The ordering is a mess, it orders outers when the system labels a box of 10 or 5 dressings. The set up of the system is not as straight forward and we had first thought and its taken alot of man hours to set up emailing function. Overall the system will cost you more than the savings they claim it will make!

System is always down or there are issues with it.
Customer service is non-existent and if ever someone gets back to you they will probably cause other issues from the initial problem. Most of the time no one will answer your call (answering machine) or respond back to you.. So fustrating.
Honestly Choose a system that's not full of issues has lots of down time, and no customer services.
We've had days of down time in total and no-ones interested.
You've been warned........

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is abysmal, they never answer emails or phone calls at busy times and your requests for callbacks are ignored.

The system has many, many bugs and ran exclusively on internet explorer of all things (!) until the last month, at which point they rolled out a dreadful Chrome version which barely functions. Any request for assistance is ignored.

Has undoubtedly cost us money, time and patients at a difficult time of year, and if this level of service is continued they will eventually end up being sued by their customers and their customers' patients for negligence leading to harm when their inept system causes delays leading to patient health deterioration.

Good service but always room for improvement

I have been using Rx web for over 2 years now.

I have found the company to have good customer relations and efficient at fixing system issues.
There are other PMR systems out there. however this system is very user friendly.
Considering the cost, I have now switched our other pharmacy over to this system and continue to benefit from the savings.
I would recommend this system to other pharmacy groups.

No frills service. You get what it says on the tin. Being cloud based it makes life easier as you don't need expensive hardware.Pricing is very competitive and you get good customer support.

Reading some of the comments on here about RxWeb and they are obviously not RxWeb users.
I use the system and it it so quick, user friendly, and has everything my pharmacy needs and as an added bonus saves me cash every month
I have 5 computers in my pharmacy they are all as fast as each other, more scripts inputted quicker and eps is great.
I couldn’t recommend it enough and my friends also use it and they have no problems either. Cheers.

Have used Many PMR over the year, RX web is easy to use, the help desk are always helpful and able to solve problems efficiently.

Having used almost all PMR systems over the past 12 years of my career, when the time came to buy my own pharmacy I went with RxWeb, 5 years back. Since then I have never looked back.

This is the best choice for any Independent Pharmacy, in my case a small rural Pharmacy owned and managed by myself.

Web based means no hassle with hardware choice. Buy the hardware we want and they install the PMR on our system remotely in a ziffy for free.

Very low monthly costs means we save a lot in these funding cut times.

Hardly had any blackouts. And even when there was a problem, got promt and immediate help.

The customer service and the technical teams are at their best. They even helped me sort some of the IT glitch on my computer, even though not related to RxWeb. Saved money and time from hiring a separate IT guy.

EPS -- Never crashed.
Reports -- Very easy to access and you get whatever you are looking for.
Labelling -- many additional options not seen on other PMR systems.

All in all this is the best PMR system.

Rx web is an efficient and reliable software program, which helps us provide a fast and safe service to our customers. We have very little problems with the program, and any issues that we do come across are dealt with, by the RX web service support team. It is user friendly and straightforward compared to other programs that i have used in the past. They regularly have updates and look to improve.

We have been using Rx Web for more than a year now. It certainly is faster and made our dispensing more efficient. It is a great upgrade to our previous PMR. It was a no-brainer to switch to Rx Web when we saw the cost-saving opportunity too. The PMR is nicely designed with great nursing/care home functions and various reports can be easily produced for submission purposes. The ETP's come through quickly without unnecessary delays as the system is web based.

Have as many terminals as you require! All you do is purchase your hardware from your own supplier (amazon, pcworld or any independent retailer) and RXweb will install the software onto them.

No expensive hardware costs!

As its web based you can access from anywhere in the world!

no expensive and rip off N3 costs - you just provide your own private broad band ( Fibre suggested!)

Great cost - £250 per month - no other PMR provider can rival this! Needed for todays austere financial climate.

Have been a successful user for over a decade and I find this a very flexible and modular system with no back up required and very much fit for purpose system. Helpline is efficient and quick for troubleshooting. Good crew all round. Blackwells chemist
