An absolute shambles of an airline

An absolute shambles of an airline. One person allocated to check in an entire flight at Nice Airport, huge delays and lack of staff. No wonder their profits have doubled. I shall not be using this company ever again.

Hello I boarded Ryan air with my…

Hello I boarded Ryan air with my daughter who is 17 she was allocated seat 17d which is fire exit. The air hostess asked my daughter to show her ID. And began screaming at her stating that she will be removed from the flight for being rude. My daughter moved to seat 6c as this was also seat I paid for and my daughter was crying embarrassed and traumatised. She was sat away from me I overheard the cabin crew asking someone else to sit in that seat and smiled and apologised for the inconvenience which was different to my daughter’s traumatising and embarrassing Experiance. I asked the air hostess what the issue was and she said I will get you off this flight as well as your daughter. This was in front of passengers who were utterly embarrassed and shocked. During the flight she hit me with her arm and didn’t apologise. She then was walking past me with a trolly and asked a passenger to stand in my spot out of the way in which he stood on my feet. I can honestly say not only was this the worst flight I have ever had in my life it was 1 of the worst experiences of my life. I had a small purse round my shoulder she snatched it from me which had my phone and money then she removed my denim
Jacket. I noticed the pilot was stood round the toilet the same air hostess was in the cockpit with another pilot. I spoke with the person who was in charge of the cabin crew I explained what happened and the lady said that the air hostess ‘Natalie’ I think she was called reported my daughter as being rude and unfortunate my complaint was not resolved. My daughter was crying and inconsolable this has completely ruined her holiday she is very frightened of flying with Ryanair on the way home and would like to fly with a different airline it was nothing short of bullying and an absolute disgrace and embarrassment. Please find attached evidence of the allocated seat. As we departed from the aircraft at least 4 passengers asked my daughter if she was ok. They told me she was screamed at during the flight. There are 5 passengers that have agreed to be witnesses to this

Ryanair 💰

Morning, not even taken off and already disgruntled by the service so far. Charged an extra fee to check in at the airport! Even tho trying to do it online prior was restricted! Huge queue to check in as only 2 people initially working, rush us onto the plane, ‘please take your seats quickly’ only to see them allowing people upto the flight deck to meet the captain, now sat here waiting to leave which we’ve been told is delayed! Airport experiences do not need to be this stressful!

I am extremely disappointed by the…

I am extremely disappointed by the handling of my case by agent Anna.

I contacted Ryanair regarding a duplicate booking (XXXXX) for flight FR3130 (Ibiza to Barcelona, Aug 20). A previous agent (Hazel Sarno) confirmed that the booking was indeed a duplicate and qualified for a refund, after full security verification. However, Anna completely reversed this position without justification, refused to escalate, and closed the chat while I was still actively trying to resolve the issue.

She repeatedly hid behind the excuse of a “third-party booking,” despite the fact that Ryanair issued both tickets, charged me, and confirmed both in my account. Her unwillingness to help or escalate shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customer support standards.

I have now been left without a resolution, despite clear proof that this is a valid duplicate case. This is unacceptable, and I am escalating the matter externally.

We won't fly with them ever again

We won't fly with them ever again. They charged my son for a small cabin suitcase, which we had already paid for, an extra 70 pounds. The suitcase is smaller than the 55x40x20cm measurements. Including wheels! In fact the height of the suitcase with wheels is just under 52 cm. Scammers. Never again with Ryanair. I've logged a complaint but I don't expect any outcome of it.

Do NOT arrange Airport Parking through RyanAir

As a budget airline I have no expectations above and beyond what you get. I have no issues with their general service offering... you get what you pay for! My issue is what seems to be the total incompetence of their customer service team. I booked my flight to Gdansk just under a year before we flew. The flight was re-arranged 3 times before we flew. I have no issue with this... inconvenient but nothing more. I contacted them before I flew to check whether the parking I had arranged through them would be automatically adjusted. It took me 3 attempts to get the response I needed. I was told that my flight had been adjusted by more than 5 hours, Ryanair could not rearrange the parking, I should re-book directly and they would arrange for a refund to be issued. I should expect to receive the refund within 5-7 days. Whilst this was a little frustrating and cost me more money than the original cost of parking I had no real issues as these things happen. A month later I checked my account to see if I had been refunded and I had not. Since then I have had almost a dozen interactions with their customer service team all of which have been dismissive, incorrect and misleading indicating that they could not provide a refund. It has become a point of principal to get an appropriate and accurate response..... They clearly just provide a standard reply to deflect, distract and hope you give up whilst closing out your support case without your consent.... If they took the time to look into the case and looked at what they have said and done none of this would be necessary and I would not need to write this. In short my advice is take great care when booking any extra's through Ryanair. If nothing changes then you may be OK but if it does and you need help from them you may as well not bother... my experience has been borderline unbelievable and truly shocking!

Been using Ryanair for 15+ years at…

Been using Ryanair for 15+ years at least 3 times a year, never had a problem, article on thr news about staff looking for overweight bags is a load of nonsense, always found all staff to be courteous, easy-going and polite. The planes are what they are and you get what you pay for, had one delay in all the time I've flown Ryanair but many early landings. Don't believe the nonsense, Without budget airlines most of us would still be grounded not seeing past the end of the road.

Disgraceful airline.

Had a change to my booking, had booked late flights home. They’ve changed my flight times to 8:30am..I mean who wants to get up at that time to go home . We have plans so can’t make this flight anyway, there is an afternoon flight they could have put us on but won’t.
Have asked for a refund. Said no. Have to wait. Absolutely disgusting. Flights with other airlines could be booked up or doubled by then. The flight has clearly been cancelled and they won’t do anything. Have just returned from palma with them too and we were sat on the tarmac for 90 mins at man and on the return 90 mins in palma. Terrible airline. I’ll be avoiding in future.

Avoid Ryanair at all costs – dishonest and disrespectful company

Ryanair is clearly a company built on deception and a complete lack of respect for its customers. Their cabin baggage rules are deliberately confusing and inconsistent, changing from the EU to the UK just to force you into paying outrageous extra fees at the gate.

I booked a flight for £16, but then had to pay £35 just for my cabin bag. To make matters worse, a bag that was perfectly acceptable when departing from Paris was suddenly deemed “oversized” on the return from the UK, and I was hit with a £70 penalty. It’s a total scam.

Avoid this company if you value honesty and fair treatment – Ryanair is profoundly dishonest and disrespectful. Never again.

Myself and my daughter who as just…

Myself and my daughter who as just turned 18 were flying back from fuerteventura to Leeds /Brad on flight fr474 yesterday evening at 5.40 pm .we had been sat out in the sun previously waiting for our transfer to arrive and we had both caught the sun quite badly my daughter felt sick and said she needed some water half way threw the flight and started sweating and shaking and got up to get to the toilet ,but half way down the isle she fainted. The air hostesses and air steward on board were absolutely amazing ,They all sprang into action and made sure my daughter stayed calm and safe and cool they provided her with water a sugery drink and cold paper towels to cool and sat at the front of the plane with her on the floor taking turns until she was able to come back to her seat my daughter was so embarrassed but they all made her feel safe and at ease after the flight they made sure we got special assistance to get us threw the airport so I could get her home safely .I just want to thank them all for the way they dealt with her and the situation as I was frozen with shock but they were all so professional and didn’t judge us at all for our mistake of been out in sun too long and situation it caused ,thank you so much to you all we will never forget what you all did ,I would definitely feel at ease traveling with Ryanair even in a emergency situation like this as they handled everything amazing and so professional and knew just what to do and say thanks again from me and my daughter sienna .

Randomly charging customers extra

Deliberately scamming customers by randomly picking some to pay extra for their cabin bag despite it being the same size as everyone else’s and never having an issue with any other airline. My backpack was of average size and I was singled out to pay £50 while people with bigger bags and even suitcase were allowed through the gate. The Staff are dishonest and the company can’t be trusted.

The Ryanair flight staff are obnoxious

The Ryanair flight staff are obnoxious! We went to Gran canaria for my 40th and both flights there and back the in flight crew were sour faced and rude. I didn't see a single one of them crack a smile unless they were talking amongst themselves at the front of the plane and the 'supervisor' on the flight out was really rude to the passengers he served. When the drinks trolley came down, I said I had ordered through the app and not received anything and he bit my head off and told me the app wasnt working??? It still accepted my order mind?? On the way back the announcement we received on the plane was "only limited drinks and snacks available as the plane had only be filled once that day"?!?! No apologies or anything just a huge tough shit to everyone on board. I cant express how surprised I am at just how bad the customer service really was. I won't fly with them again even at additional cost.

Never again

Never again!

How we book future holidays will be partially based on who is flying us. We will never fly with Ryanair again. Pick up airport was Naples. We were forced to pay for a taxi to Salerno airport after which we caught our flight home. No refund for the taxi from Ryanair just ignorance and lack of due care. Pilots landing was very bumpy. Save yourself a lot of hassle and fly with anyone else.

1 hour 45 minutes late

1 hour 45 minutes late. No information. The usual absence of customer service from Ryanair.
The only positive is they didn't just cancel the flight as they have a tendency to do when problems arise

What a shocking airline!

What a shocking airline!

Flew with Ryanair this weekend and it was an absolute shambles. Late flights there and back, rude staff, no communication. Poor on flight facilities. Terrible landings both ways (just felt like lazy flying rather than anything to do with the conditions). Horrendus. Never again.

Oh and the baggage is a rip off too. Paid for my flight, hold and then cabin?! Went from a cheap flight to a very expensive crap flight. Just wish I'd booked BA from the beginning.
