I am the owner of ryelo.com not ryelo.uk (moonpod) they have used my brand name to sell vacuum cleaners. I haven't traded in years with (ryelo.com) and I am recently planning on coming back as we were selling (housewares) not vacuum cleaners.

I am not affiliated with this company, somehow everyone is reviewing on the wrong website, please remove your reviews and use on the trustpilot account ryelo.uk which is separate from me.

Wish there was a no star category Please do not buy from this company. My MoonPod vacuum never delivered because they had barely addressed the label, my name and house number missing, Royal Mail sent it straight back, I've had no refund, kept being promised once they'd received the returned parcel from Royal Mail. I've had to request help from my credit card company. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered vacuum cleaner from this company it has not come.I have not had a delivery date and can't get hold of anyone in this company.

PLEASE READ *REFUNDS & RETURN* on Ryelo website. Otherwise you will purchase a rubbish product and never, ever get a refund. Do these products even have GB or EU Safety Marks?

This company is a fraudulent Chinese company which up to a few weeks ago was selling under Moonpod vacuums. The company have obviously rebranded to escape the 1* reviews they were receiving on Trust Pilot. The vacuums are a cheap replica of Dysons and are not fit for purpose. The company has appalling customer service and refuses to issue refunds and returns. Please search Moonpod Trust pilot reviews of this terrible product and company. Please don't purchase....as this is a scam.

RYELO are showing as a Glasgow company now. However they were recently Moonpod uk. We bought a vacuum from them, and only after receiving it, did we realise it was cheap rubbish. Then our problem really started, because we have to return it to China, at our own expense. They won't refund, it's been a nightmare.

Good volume of products, enough to keep me going back.

Not long received a few items like a glam wall clock and some outdoor lighting. Not much garden stuff I noticed but seems to have loads for inside the home and branded fashion. As it's my second purchase I can honestly say these guys are really good.

I have bought a couple of things from these guys and I was pleased. Good prices and good staff.

Really good service. Bought a few things and everytime its been a good experience.
