Quality service

Absolutely amazing service from Gary, Manager, Rayman store, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.
Gary went above & beyond to get me a Roka bag, service was excellent, he had a brillant, friendly personality. Credit to the store. Will definately return. Thank you

A big thank you to the Ryman's staff in Sidney street, Cambridge. They have helped me so much with printing ect. Friendly, helpful service with a smile, goes a long way! Thank you so much for all your time and effort, much appreciated!

Although Rymans sorted the subsequent…

Although Rymans sorted the subsequent delivery’s, (because the contents kept getting broken,) they don’t seam to grasp the concept that if they ensured packages were adequately cushioned, and not just in a plastic bag then a cardboard box the items inside would not get damaged. Three deliveries of the same item!!!

Excellent reaction to the poor delivery service by Yodel

I was disappointed that my order was not delivered by next day delivery, so I contacted Ryman customer services. My concern was immediately addressed and I had a courteous and regretful reply which included a refund of the full cost of the next day delivery.
This problem was not Ryman's fault, but their carriers', so I appreciated their speedy and generous gesture.

Ordered a filing cabinet online

Ordered a filing cabinet online. It was damaged when I unpacked it: packaging was poor so I wasn’t surprised
Contacted customer service, offered refund or collection of damaged articles. I foolishly opted for latter
Collection arranged but courier never turned up, I wasted a day waiting in
Still trying to arrange another resolution, just been told “case closed”….
Find a different supplier, is my advice

Helpful & informative Sales Assistants

I recently went into the Ryman store in Union Street Glasgow . Both assistants, Ryan & Tracy were extremely helpful .
My experience with both Ryan & Tracy reminded me just what a valuable asset sales assistants are - something which cannot be replicated online . Thank you both ! I will definitely be back ( in person !) to this store .

I only got half of my order

I only got half of my order. I spoke to the shop and they said that they would reorder the missing piece, then I had an e-mail saying that I would get a refund, which I did get, so I was a bit confused. I went into the shop to check what was happening and they said that nothing was on order and to order the item again.

Ryman Bromsgrove on a Sunday… dreadful service

Ryman Bromsgrove on a Sunday afternoon..... absolutely miserable young guy behind the counter, no help at all, on his phone. I know the wages are rubbish, I know nobody that age wants to be working on a Sunday, but if you can't offer even the tiniest bit of politeness or customer service, get another job or do something else. Your employer and customers deserves better than that.

Great service.
Quick and efficient
Unfortunately the courier fedex for the second order as not all arrived, still waiting on 4 boxes.
