As an owner of an establishment listed with Safarinow, we are satisfied with the exposure ito advertising that our establishment gets. However, a huge problem is getting our payment from Safarinow. They NEVER pay on time and their agents are exceptionally rude when they are reminded to on-pay the money paid by guests. They NEVER offer an apology or on-pay the interest which they so happily earn from keeping guests' payments for a minimum of 8 working days. When problems are escalated to the Finance manager, she also does not have the courtesy to respond. I advise guests to make bookings through Lekkeslaap or Travelground instead.

No reply to email. Need to change dates, impossible!

had a great holiday with friends at Thaba thipa (Safarinow)having a pool of hot and cold water its definitely a thumbs up, I will spread a word we will definitely go there again....see u soon

My latest experience with safarinow was pathetic and I will not use them again. I paid a premium for a house/villa in a game reserve only to end up with 2 days of sewage in the house and no hot water. The place was falling apart. I did communicate this to them and nothing. They do not audit the places they put on their website and just pass the problem on.

I am disgusted in the service I have received from Safari. I am going to the media and Hello Peter with Safari' s service!!! I have my proof of deposit and I want people to know what pathetic service I received. I drove all the way to Monyane Lodge a whole 2 hours and when I got their I was informed by Lovie and Jabu that safari had informed them that there was no confirmation besides one gentleman who paid the deposit. My name was not on the list! Needless to say I drove around the whole warmbaths area and managed to find accommodation past seven the evening from 3 yesterday afternoon!!! This is appalling and disgusting that safari can do this type of thing to people!!! I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AND WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET MY R600 BACK AND AN APOLOGY FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

terrible business!!!

I really tried hard to book an acommodation in south africa with safarinow. My first booking didn't succeed because the Prices shown on the Website are not the Prices the acommodation really charges (Website showed 995 ZAR, guest house "offered" 1500 ZAR). Second try with another guest house ended in Trouble as the guest house was fully booked but showed available rooms on safarinow. I booked a room, safarinow charged the Money from my credit Card but a few hours later the acommodation hat to cancel the Reservation due to wrong Information on the site and non-availability of the rooms booked. Then the Trouble began when trying to get the Money back from Safarinow. I hate being stressed by companies during my Holidays, I had to fight with safarinow during my whole stay in south africa (4 weeks) until I finally got at least an email saying I will be refunded soon. Switched to booking.com and booked over 15 accommodations without any Trouble. Safarinow is dead for me.

I always use it to book my holidays! I never have to worry about anything SafariNow sorts it all out for me!

I have ordered a logde in Marloth Park through Safarinow.
Until now, everything have been perfect. I have contacted them per email some times now, and they always respond fast and are very helpful..
