Tried to do an exchange without receipt. Needed bank statement before exchange.
Staff should not ask if you want receipt at time of purchase. It should be given regardless

The strip was too small for my son, despite me ordering one supposedly for a child 2 years older than him. Returning anything costs £2.99, which is a rip off and surely in breach of customer rights. I noticed when i got the confirmation email that the return had arrived with them, it only mentioned the shorts, not the top (which was the far more expensive item). All communication comes from a no reply mail. The returns admin is with another company they've farmed it out to (i suspect outside the UK), and logistically it's a nightmare. Though the people are trying to be helpful by mail its a crap customer service set up which has involved far too many emails and hasn't achieved the desired effect as I am still waiting for the full refund.

Unfortunately I received a shirt in a wrong size.
I called the shop from Denmark, and explained the problem. Then I was asked if I wanted a refund or a new shirt.
I chosed a new shirt. Keep the old one they said.
If I could, I would give the 6th star.
For sure I will shop here another time.

I have just visited the SAFC club shop. The attitude of the staff is appalling. It is such a well supported club that deserves its success. Shame it is let down by the sales assistants ! I left the products I was buying and will not go again.
