Great experience all around. The first safe arrived damaged and customer support was excellent to deal with and new safe in pristine condition arrived shortly thereafter.

I did a chat for info pertaining to snapsafe modular vs hornady mobilis. I was informed mobilis was manufactured in China as is snapsafe. Is mobilis worth the extra $$$? If Simon is a real person it means more to me than the generated AI crap. DOZERDON

Whenever I called with questions, I received knowledgeable responses. JP was especially helpful in tracking down information on a blemished safe and getting back to me with the information. Even though that safe was no longer available from the manufacturer, he helped me purchase a new safe. The prices were good and the free shipping made it even better.

Being able to chat with a representative was very helpful in asking the questions I needed answered.
I also needed to order using our tax exempt number and a rep was able to take care of that for me. The safe was delivered as promised and the installation was fine. One small thing is I wish there were instructions on the installation. Finally, I hope we do not need to order another safe, but if we need to we will come back to safe and vault store again!

The FEDEX Tracking shows that a signature is required which is very hard to do and they haven't even received it yet. Hopefully will receive it on Friday.

Great communication with Jeff one of your distributors. ordered everything off the website. Communications with the manufacturer on shipping was very good as well. They were able to ship the box the next day I ordered it.

This small , compact safe I ordered was perfect for my needs. I wanted something I could affix inside a wood dresser drawer to use as a mini safe for cash and credit cards. My handyman screwed it into the dresser for me and it’s perfect ! Very secure. 5 digit combo , small size is perfect. Came very quickly.

Great experience and great safe. They manuf continues to learn because unlike older reviews which pointed out that the safe wasn't packaged well, the Hollon HS500D was packaged VERY well indicating that Hollon has listened to customer feedback. I would purchase from here again.

Great comms in questions about the product at the start. Great advice on moving and information about the product (was pretty quick too for online asking). Great shipping and packaging. Huge heavy safe arrived in reasonable timing from across the country and was totally intact and had no damage. My only hope was a way to move it into the house at the end, but that is wishful thinking in this day and age. I will buy again in a few years when I need another should the opportunity present.
