This is effectively an extortion racket owned by a private equity firm. In 5 years the price has doubled, and there has been no material benefit or added value in that time. Our clients insist we have it, and the cost will be passed on, but I could not tell you a single benefit this brings to my small company.

AVOID! THEY WILL SCAM YOU IN TO AUTO RENEWAL !!!

We were requested to sign up to this scheme due to a client contract. It would not be relevant to our company otherwise. The substantial £400+ price increase in 2025 was given, without warning, and not welcome.

Your massive and completely unjustified price increases make our continuing use of your services uneconomical to continue.

They Take money Too soon sometimes directly without you Knowing straight from your acc ? Thats if its in There? And also charge Too much etc I am a sole trader one vehicle is use and they want almost £600 ? MY safe contractorvis still valid for at least 3 mths but they still want payment in Advance.

Took a long time to get the process completed, partly by the insistance that we provide documents relating to Construction Work, which is not something we are involved in. Initially, no amount of explaining would resolve the issue. Eventually, got it sorted but was not what could be described as a 'efficient process'.

Very help full staff always at the end of the phone when I needed them

The support throughout the process was excellent - clear, helpful and they took the time to walk me through everything without ever making me feel like I should already know it. That made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of the renewal.

Overall a very smooth and professional service, would definitely recommend.

The communication from the start of the process was fantastic. I spoke with a guy called Andrew Payne who was especially helpful in adding our documents and helping us choose which ones we needed. The final Audit process did take a little longer then expected after adding the Express service, having to prompt the auditor daily for a response.
