A bit of a clunky renewals process
A bit of a clunky renewals process, seemed to get inundated with chaser emails but not sure why. It's as if they are not in touch with their customers' progress within the renewals process; not very intuitive. Overall though, good to have the accreditation under our belt for another year and seems to be well-recognised in the construction industry.

The longer you are with Safe contractor the easier the process becomes....
For 11 years we have been with Safe contractor, the process has always been fair and we are glad to have achieved the Safe contractor accreditation for this many years. I only wish they had another price band for small companies, as with the huge rise in all other bills from Energy to materials it makes it harder for SMEs to have these luxuries.

Process is lengthy
Although advised at the front end, the process takes too long (a month to 6 weeks) to process, we appreciate the need to be thorough, but this seems exceptional
