Hazard perception videos are a joke. Really low quality videos, pixilated and really demotivating when you get a video wrong not through your fault but because you can't make anything out. In add... See more

This website does not guarantee a pass

If you use their website to study The ADI theory test you cover maximum 80%.
Out of those 80% I can say half of them are completely reworded.
Although I passed it with 95/100 but because I used another app and 20 units from a driving school which contains 200 questions.
I have done over 10 mock tests with passing rate between 98-100.
So if you are studying for you ADI using the safedrivingforlife only, you may not pass the theory test.

Honestly for me is both good and bad

Honestly for me is both good and bad, the good is having to practice repeatedly I get to remember , the bad is their material is not adequate, I had some questions in the actual test the I never saw anywhere, because they just repeat the same questions. another good is that I figured the hazard perception, with jut 3 clicks around where they start marking you, you get more chance of getting 5points!, you click once, you are done, you click too many times, you might still get a big 0!

I would like for them to either cut down the price as its not worth the material or just add more questions and more videos, there are so many scenarios that take place in real life driving, they cant tell me that's all a few videos they can come up with

This site seems reasonable to me, the purchase went through fine and the training material seems pretty good, although the video clip quality is quite low.
I don't understand why so many people think this site is a scam though when it is clearly linked from the government (DVSA) website: gov.uk / take-practice-theory-test

AVOID! Fraud.

*Update - I can confirm this is fraud.
After going around the houses with a third party that handles the communications, they cannot get their story straight. Eventually they claimed to have contacted the DVSA and not been able to find the order. This was despite me giving the order number and the staff member saying he could see it. They were going to email me and didn't. They were going to investigate further and didn't. I requested a refund. I was offered a full refund but now they have failed to do this. I have contacted them again and they have not responded. I have contacted Citizen's Advice in order to log a complaint with Trading Standards. I'll also now be contacting my partner's credit card company to file a grievance against the company.
*

Unfortunately this seems to be a scam claiming to be linked to DVSA. It was a gift for my birthday and now I'll be spending time with my partner dealing with the credit card company for fraud.

I wondered if it was just because it's the weekend but there are other users from months ago with the same issue apparently. Apart from the fact that the website shows the order was successful but then updates to say no orders were placed, and vice versa, there is actually nowhere on this website where the e-learning takes place. There is no section within the account that has access to any e-learning. So it's not just an IT issue.

I will be reporting them to Action Fraud.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I just bought the theory and hazard perception test bundle, the money has come out of my account but i do not have access to the products.

I also can't get through to any support. The phone number on the website just keeps ringing until you reach voicemail... then you here "this is the voicemail of Josephine Braku"

Utter rubbish

Bought their online theory kit/download and can't even access it from the link they have sent. Tried logging in generally from the web but there's no way to access any products you've bought from your user page. Absolutely pathetic!

Not great

Good to practise before the real test, but there are only around 14-15 videos so if you practise any more than ONCE it just repeats the same videos you've already had but in a different order.

I would say avoid it if you can.
