Good Price for Good Cover
I found Safeguard’s website easy to use and understand. Plus and most importantly the premium was at an affordable price for the cover required.
However, as with any form of insurance and companies involved with it. The proof will be in how Safeguard responds should the unthinkable ever happen and I have to submit a claim! Pleased with the service provided to date. Thank you.

Hidden costs
I purchased Contents Insurance as the cover really looked gr8 and was suitable. However, after I had taken out this policy, I found that it went through Swinton and then through an unheard of finance provider as I needed to pay monthly. This credit provider increased the policy cost by adding an interest rate APR of 18.2% PLUS and £7.49 admin charge. So, I cancelled it, WATCH out for this it is wrong and should be stated at time of purchase not after the fact.

Everything was seamless until I had to…
Everything was seamless until I had to add a signature. I found that stressful as my computer skills are basic. Without that stress it would have been 5*.
They understood my difficulties with technology and will look to it in the future.

Great Price
Purchased home insurance from Safeguard online from a compare the market site. I went for the gold package to ensure everything was covered still a very competitive price. I had a couple of queries which the lovely patient lady at Safeguard was able to answer.
