I did online enquiry about 2 months ago for one in Edinburgh and have been harassed by then constantly . I will log a complaint and if it doesn't stop will take it further.

The Safestore team was amazing throughout our engagement. From the quick response, their support in identifying the right service for my needs and the assistance with moving in and out items was of top quality and in reasonable price.
I would highly recommend them and will use again in the future.

I have used Safestore at Sighthill, Edinburgh since moving house 4 months ago. The unit is simple to use with ample parking and loading bays, numerous trolleys and large lifts to the different levels. The staff at the store were very helpful from start to finish and made the whole experience very smooth, even arranging a refund I wasn’t expecting upon exiting the unit. This facility was very competitive and easy to use and I won’t hesitate in using Safestore again.

Great company and amazing customer service. Very cheap compared to the competitors. The customer service adviser Danny was very helpful and informative. I will be using them again.

I have a unit at the Edinburgh Gyle Store and it is a nightmare, I use it for my business and have heavy equipment. We have numerous issues with the lifts not working or no trolleys, I brought this up with management who were completely unhelpful, basically said tough you are in a fixed contract.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY

I can’t fault the service I received from Safestore Gyle. Throughout the entire time I have been a customer (almost 5 years now) Gary has been the face of the branch for me, always there to lend a hand or let me know what’s happening with my deliveries etc.

Gary made my experience with Safestore outstanding, I never had any issues with my service and he was always a friendly face to see in the morning.

On the odd occasion I had to bring my kids along while doing some work, he would go out of his way to chat to them and even gave them little treats to save them getting bored while I was busy!

I’ve recently left due to work reasons however will very much miss coming in branch now, if you’re looking for storage solutions, Gary at Safestore will look after you, I have no doubt. Thanks and take care buddy :)

I’m renting the storage with Safe Store for over a year now. 4 months ago I asked the member of staff if they can change the light outside my storage because it has been off for some time… it’s almost completely dark inside as there are no internal lights. Now couple weeks after my initial request I went back to see what’s the progress and I’ve been told that the handyman has long list “to do” . Since then I’m waiting patiently , but nothing it’s happening. I believe that’s not the way the customers should be treated. Especially that the price after 12 months contract went up by over 40% .
