Visited their site which offered an instant quote. I clicked thinking I can put some dimensions in and get a price...but NO...it's a trick for them to bombard you with unwanted calls. This is 100% harassment! If their products were good they wouldn't need to do do this.

Had my new doors and windows for 6 months and my letterbox has gone rusty. Tried contacting them numerous times but they won't do anything about it. Whole fitting experience was horrendous, and now I'm left with a mess.

Update - Reply from Safestyle is a joke. I've sent them my details multiple times, and I email them daily. Still no direct response to me.

My windows and doors were installed with every care taken to ensure they had a clean and crisp finish. Much better quality than my old windows and the doors are more solid and heavier. The fitters Brad and Josh were really lovely, thorough in their work and left everything clean and tidy. They showed me how to use the locks and left all the keys close to each product so I knew which was which. Would highly recommend.

The initial selling tactics were different, I was quoted £6000 for a new front door when I said it was too dear I was asked what I was prepared to pay. After agreeing a price the fitting went ahead and I’m pleased with the door
I discovered once they’d left the fitters severed an internal wire and my hall lights were not working
I contacted Safestyle to explain I was met with a definite “not our problem” attitude They said it’s the buyers responsibility to check for internal wires and cables
The response I got was abrupt and there was absolutely no room for negotiation and I was told to go through my insurance which after a resounding ” not our problem “ from the complaints department I did
I would not recommend this company on that badis

We had Andy Hunt rep visit us today. We were uncertain of what to expect and affordability
However Andy was brilliant friendly and helpful never once did we feel pressured
We went ahead and ordered and the price he gave us was great he genuinely gave us a great price
I would recommend anyone to use Safestyle because of the service Andy gave us

Arranged for someone to come and quote for new windows. Off the bat he asked if my husband was home to discuss with him. He then said he couldn't/wouldn't quote for my windows as we are in a conservation area and they don't do full quotes for the additional conservation approval we would need. They only price the job and don't provide any more details until the contract is signed.
He left without taking any measurements or even looking at the windows we wanted replaced.

We had a side garage door replaced by DOM.
Such a lovely guy. So friendly, precise and professional. The finish is immaculate. All the old stuff taken away and the site left clean and tidy. He did a brilliant job, thank you Dom.

First of all my windows are mix matched, I know this is not right. And also I have am still waiting for help with operating the new windows. I can not seem to be able to open them since installation. The installation team say I will receive a booklet almost 3 weeks now and nothing yet. Not sure what to make of it all yet....

The guys came on Thursday to start our replacement gutters, sofits and facias. They were so polite and professional and quick. For the back, everything had to come through the house. No mess and no dirt. Simon and Jake have done a beautiful job, no problems. They have cleared the rubbish and left everything very tidy.

I had such a wonderful and informative visit with Vijay. He is lovely gentleman, and I am extremely pleased with both my windows and doors purchase and the outstanding service he provided.

Vijay took the time to explain every aspect in detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave us the space to carefully consider our options without any pressure. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring.

For any future purchases, I will definitely be booking with Vijay again when the time comes to complete the rest of our house. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service and expert advice! :)

Still no progress, after no contact Im now getting messages saying apolgies and they will resolve it, but still nothing happens. Its really poor aftercare and not a company I would use again or recommend.

Door stopped opening and shutting properly not long after it was put in. Constant rescheduled appointments on their side. It actually got to the point of them ringing 2 days ago to reschedule again. Hubby has literally told them to take it out if they weren't coming. Low and behold the workman came. It was also a quick fix. But its been a nightmare. I have arthritis and it got to the stage where I had to use the back door because the new door wouldn't open. I didn't have the strength in my hands. This has been going on for over 3 months. Nightmare customer service. If anything else goes wrong they will be taking it out. We paid alot of money and it became a shamble. Wouldn't use them again.

Had all windows done, after they were done we noticed scratched and marks inside on two windows, and a huge gap underneath the window. They said someone will come out to have a look when they replace a vent in the kitchen. The manager said they will order the two new windows. And they will be in touch. I also wanted to have the confirmation payment by email when we paid it all. They done none of it. I called three weeks ago. Nothing was ordered from the manager. No payment confirmation came through either. So they said three weeks ago they've ordered the glass. And said i should get my payment confirmation email within a week or two. I also made a complaint. I noticed another problem with the beading on the bathroom window. Now the manager calls me last week to say the window glass still weren't ordered and they just put it in and still no call from complaint or the email for the payment. What a joke.!!!!!! I will be seeking legal advice because i dont trust anything from this company. Please don't get windows from safestyle or Anglican. I need to see about a legal case i would also like to add my reference details they gave me. Job reference- 30504674 job completed under victoria Hegarty. Complaint number provided- 00967589.

From start to finish it could not have been better the installation amazed me so quick a man that new is job

We had our door installation and he did a really good job. He was very efficient and tidy and we are very happy with our door. He was very friendly and happily did the job. Thank you.

Reasons I refused to proceed with a request for quotation - insisting I need to be present at a property I am a landlord of, will not take BACs as a deposit, Rude and condescending sales person who just called me, if he's the best they've got I have no confidence in their product or service. If they can afford to throw custom away like this their prices must be over-inflated. It's was like dealing with a double glazing company from the 80s.

Terrible customer service. I lost four days of work because they either did not turn up on the day that they said that they would, or turned up on a day without telling me. Almost impossible to get through to the local office, with the field manager for the Swansea office constantly blaming the call centre staff for any issues (who were actually lovely). No one would take responsibility for the issues caused. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
