I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.

They're pretty uncomfortable
They're pretty uncomfortable. They're not really good on the sizing either so I either have to wear them loose so they dont hurt and get blisters due to the frixtion or wear them tight and have them hurt everytime I walk.

Missing order and wrong order sent
I have contact this company several times regarding my order. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Only received one pair and it was the wrong size and still no one will get back to me on that or my second pair which I have yet to receive. I have small feet and bad feet and this by far are the best safety boots I've ever own, I'm a welder and a CDL tanker driver and I work ridiculous amount of hours and this boots are by far the best of the best!!! They also make me a little taller 😏

Had to call because I didn’t get my order and then it shipped twice. Need to return because boots are uncomfortable and cannot get the paperwork to return. Online return system doesn’t work and apparently calling in doesn’t either. Will never purchase from this company again or recommend.
