Ordered shoes a size 7.5W because they were out of 7W. These shoes were so tight across the top of my feet, had me in pain the whole shift at work. Sent the shoes back and haven’t heard ANYTHING from them

Still waiting on the shoes
Ordered the shoes on 11/24. Shoes showed as "in stock" with a delivery date between 12/6 & 12/15.
Those dates came and went...no shoes delivered. No email and/or contact stating the shoes were out of stock, on backorder, etc...
I called on 12/15. Rep said she had to contact the warehouse and would email me what they told her.
I did not ever receive an email.
Called again on 12/19, Rep said the shoes were out of stock, with no estimated delivery time given.
At that time, I did not cancel the order, with the hope they'll be in soon after the holiday season.
Whether or not I ever get this pair of shoes, I don't believe I will be ordering from this company again.

Was told shoes were not available and my order was being canceled. So I ordered a pair somewhere else and have had them for 2 weeks now. Now I get a notice that my card is being charged and my order is being shipped and I don't even need them now!!!

Not good
No place to use a coupon code. Ordered a pair, was told they were discontinued and offered a different pair. After another week, I was told that those ALSO were discontinued. Instead of finding a solution, I was simply refunded. Very disappointing.
