Ordered the UNCOLOURED RUBBER CHIPPINGS – PLAYGROUND RUBBER MULCH | SAFETY PLAY. 1st order was fine. 2nd order, the clippings was full of glass, stones and broken tiles. I have contacted Safety play with my concerns but they have ignored the emails. This is very concerning as the clippings are being used for our kids play area. I would not order from them again.

I was slightly dubious after ordering and reading reviews of items that hadn't turned up. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find my order arrived on time and on the day advised by the courier. I did send an email to chase the order and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. I then received the appropriate tracking details from the courier. Really pleased with the quality and quantity of the rubber chippings that have arrived. It looks great. Really happy

Ordered 2000kg of rubber chippings, came quite quick considering the size of the order. I requested that they let me know what day it'd be delivered so I could move my car off the drive, they emailed me well in advance, and the driver phoned me when 20 mins away which was helpful. The guy who delivered it was very friendly considering I was being a pain in the 🍑 asking him to wait 10 mins til my partner was home to check he was happy with the size of the chippings. Haven't put them down yet but seem good quality for money in the bags

I would have given no stars if I could. Absolute scam!! Avoid!! We ordered received a confirmation then absolutely nothing. Eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone who said it would be delivered the following Monday, sat in all day, nothing arrived. Tried ringing all day, no one answering the phone, no response to emails. Eventually got through the following day from a different number. The same lady we spoke to who told us the delivery date told us she wasn’t safety play, put the phone down, now try ringing their number and get nothing but a gif gaf voicemail. Took our money and no goods!!! Complete scam! Now going through fraud team at the bank!

Well priced compared to competitors, fast delivery. The kids and myself are happy with the product for the kids play area in the garden

Spent £300 on a bag of what is essentially rubber dust. Horrendous quality and now unable to contact the company to resolve. Email drafted ready for trading standards to attempt a resolution for us.

Absolute scam. Please please avoid this company

We spent nearly £500 with you .before order you have notes I requested that driver call the charity before arrival, no phone call driver turns up with a faulty pallet machine and leaves it which is an obstruction right now, we are cancelling this order and will order from somewhere else .we want you to treat this with utmost urgency someone could come in night and take this bag please pick it jp

I bought rubber chippings from Safety Play and I’m so glad I did. The product is great quality and provides a safe surface for my nephews to play on. Highly recommended!

AVIOD AT ALL COST!!!!!

Ordered 1000kg of the rubber pellets with a initial delivery time of 2/3 days, this was however delayed by 3 weeks because of apparent stocking issues out of their control to which I accepted. They scheduled delivery for Friday 23rd September to which I waited in all day only to find nobody came, I tried contacting Safety Play several times by phone but nobody picks up. I finally got a response with no apology saying my order would now be delivered on Saturday 24th September by 2pm, surprise surprise nobody showed up again after spending most of day waiting! I’ve still had no response back from Safety Play as for the reason for delay or any information on when I might actually receive my products.

The customer service from this company is a joke, nobody answers the phone pointless in having a number on their website, full of false promises via email.

Order a 500kg bag of red chippings, there was a bit of a delivery delay but kept informed throughout and product is great quality and value. So happy we ordered another 500kg bag, no delivery delays this time super quick! Thank you

Absolutely disgraceful. First order was massively delayed to to a faulty machine that makes the product. the company finally delivered the product late and called me to apologise which went down well so I removed my review at their request. Placed another order which has been delivered but well short of what we have paid for. Tried calling their number constantly, no answer and the number eventually terminates the calls. Where do I go from here.

Happy with the product when it arrived. 500kg bulk bag of blue chips. Went down well in the back garden, looks good with vibrant colour.
Delivery was slightly later than expected.

Fantastic product, looks great in the kids play area! Prompt delivery and a great price too. Recommended!

Excellent product, provides very good safety for kids. The company were very helpful and answered all of my questions on whether the product is weatherproof etc. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Product arrived later than expected. Was worth the wait though. Put the rubber chippings down in the garden and they looked fantastic. Kids love them.
Dispute the delayed delivery, good service all in all. Recommend.

I have recently received rubber chippings, very happy with this product and I love the colour. There was a delivery delay however, I've been notified about it.
