Very easy to renew the policy...phone operators nice to deal with...

AVOID this company first ever claim on my pet they will not pay out now have a £1500 vet bill to pay !!!!!!!

Pet Insurance - they took the stance that testing for upper respiratory infections constituted dental treatment that wasn't covered and refused the claim.

Terrible company tried ringing to make a claim on there so called 24 hour phone number but 24 hours a day doesn't include weekends who runs this place trigger

Been with Sainsbury’s pet insurance for 3 1/2 years now and put in a claim just over a week ago. Found it very simple to do online and claim came through in around 5 days!!! Brilliant!!

Great value cover and insurer's kept in touch. Did not need to make a claim so I can't comment on how they would be like if that arose but happy anyway.

Fortunately we didn’t need to use our Travel Insurance Policy but we felt very confident that had we needed it Sainsbury’s Bank would have dealt with any issues.

We were quoted a good price for our holiday insurance,we were fortunate not to require any assistance whilst away but we were confident we were covered if needed

Unfortunately my wife was unwell the night before we travelled and we were unable to take our holiday. I made a claim on the policy 8 weeks ago and provided the information requested. The insurance company that underwrite the insurance (ERGO Travel Insurance) has yet to respond to my claim despite multiple chasers and the promised 7 week response time passed. I then made a complaint to the company and am still awaiting a response. I have no confidence that I will get one and have diarised escalating to the Ombudsman when the 35 days response period has elapsed. Shameful for a Sainsburys fronted product.

Good cover and a simple process to set up the insurance.

Thought i was covered for accidental damage but it appears not, so people need to to be careful and please don't assume your covered.

I was impressed how before my holiday you sent me a reminder of the policy number and details should I need to claim. I found this very reassuring.

Very simple to navigate

Was dreading searching for and renewing my dogs insurance. Have to say Sainsburys Bank web page was so easy to negotiate everything easy to understand and with my nectar card discount more affordable than my current cover. Five star for Sainsburys Bank you are my No1 go to now for any insurance needed.

My whole experience of joining has been great ! Everything was very straightforward and simple and easy to understand and the website gave clear instructions on how to proceed which made it all worth the effort.

I was really happy with sainsbury holiday insurance, it covered all my medical conditions at a good price. Luckily I didn't need to make any claim, but would use them again in the future.

I requested my holiday cover a few days ago prior to departure, and Sainsbury’s Insurance came to the party as they had last year.
On line making it an easy and straightforward process, within minutes I had downloaded my travel insurance documents and printed off the essential information.
Incidentally the cost was extremely good for me too.
