Renewal goes up and long wait times to phone up
I’ve been with these for about 3 years now. I’ve never made a claim so I can’t comment on the claims process .
The renewal gone from £9 pm then to £18pm then £22 pm i tried to phone them to see about changing my excess ect to try and lower the payment i was on hold for over 45 mins and no one answered the phone so hung up and canceled my policy and got the same level of cover for £12pm elsewhere

I already have a policy for one of my…
I already have a policy for one of my dogs and wanted to take out another one by phone. Unfortunately this isn’t possible by phone. Then I wanted to change my first policy to the same as my new puppies which also isn’t available. I got told once it gets set up the lady on the phone said you can’t update or change the policy unless you cancel it then re apply. This is all very confusing but will be looking at a different company when the policy is up for renewal.

Avoid as they don’t pay out.
My dog has been insured with them for 2 years, I put in a claim recently and it was rejected as they considered it to be routine surgery. In a nutshell they will use any excuse to get out of paying. They have tried to increase my renewal which is due soon by a lot & I haven’t even been able to claim!
I’m getting another dog soon & they will both be insured with a different company. Please avoid this company!

Change of company easy
I needed to change my pet insurance as I am on a pension and my previous insurance was now out of my price range. Making the change was easy, cost was less than half of the amount I was quoted to reinsure my existing plan - cover was almost the same and I have peace of mind for my pet

Keeping fit
Gemma a d I are both seniors, she can’t run for as long as she did, approaching nine but we still enjoy our morning walks. I’m not that fit but I’m busy keeping the physiotherapists happy with Gemma but we now take the bus to our destination all the way across the park and back, then return on the bus. It’s keeping both of us fit as we can be. Plus our short walks beginning at 6:00am
