Ordered 8 days ago. The website states all orders are processed in 24 hours and shipped out within 3 to 5 days. My order has not been shipped and I can't seem to contact anyone. At this stage I will be trying to claim my money back from my credit card company.

Yes, the website states products are shipped out normally within 3 to 5 days. But as I have explained in my reply to your email, we are a small team that processes hundreds of orders every day. Since the Christmas season is coming, there has been a sudden surge of orders these past few weeks and it is now taking around 7-9 days for the production of our products since they are mostly made-to-order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding your statement that you can't contact anyone, I have also explained in my reply that the customer service staff are working remotely from a different country/timezone. It was around midnight in my location when you sent your email and we were not online during those times. Upon checking the timestamps of your emails, there is only a one hour gap between your inquiry and when you placed a dispute case against our bank. If you have been more patient, we would have received a reply from us within 24 hours. Also, there is no statement in our website saying we are online 24 hours for customer inquiries and we could reply instantly.
Moving forward, we have closed your dispute case against us and we have issued your refund.

To long for delivery
Orders taken well over a month and still haven't arrived, by the time it comes it will be to small for my 3 month old. Shirts I ordered for myself arrived but where wrong ones which they resent and arrived..... thanks for reply but biggest concern was baby outfit that has never arrived and is past delivery date specified. It will be to small once it arrives now. Resent shirt has come and review amended, still no baby onesie

Amazing customer service!
The people working for their customer service team are incredible! I ordered medium shirts only to realize that they were too big for me once I got them. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange them for smalls. Because they were made to order, I had to pay a small extra fee. The employee I spoke with actually managed to cut the price almost in half for me, so that was awesome! It was much better than buying five new shirts.
I sent off the package with my medium shirts just a couple days ago. While originally the production team was going to wait until they received the package before they started making the new size small shirts, I got an email just a few minutes ago saying that they are going to go ahead and produce them without waiting for the package I sent.
This is an incredible team with incredible merchandise! I'll definitely be buying from them again! They handled everything phenomenally and I can honestly say that this is probably the best company I've ever been in contact with. Very nice, wonderful people, and the products match perfectly!
