Absolutely dreadful product and service. I bought a track saw square which would have been a good price but for the cast inserts being entirely the wrong size. I’ve emailed 5 times so far asking for return instructions so I can have a refund. I’ve heard nothing. Do yourself a favour, pay a little more and get the product you want instead of this headache

Lack of customer service.
As with many other customers the issues with this company are with customer service being non-existent. Having recieved a video door bell with the incorrect charging lead I emailed Sakertool and immediately had a standard generic reply. Since then I have sent 2 more emails and have heard nothing back. I even added the "Celia" email address to my last email as this have been mentioned on here previously.
Really disappointed with the lack of follow up.
