Breach of guidelines
Ordered two "smart camera's" on-line…
Ordered two "smart camera's" on-line with a 40% discount. Did not receive any email to confirm my purchase but payment was taken from my card. A few days later I received a package containing 2 metal "clips" with nothing on or in the packaging to say what they are or where they are from?
Yesterday I received another package containing the camera's but checked my account to see that another substantial charge had been made. I've been in touch with their customer services but a complete waste of time.

Worst Company ever. A rip off!
I ordered 2 security cameras on facebook . The offer was 2 for the price of one. I checked to be sure this was correct. On delivery I received one. I reported this and Customer Services said they would look into this. After 6 or so contacts they have never answered.I received the camera on 19/12/25. It is also very difficult to to set up. I still haven’t managed this. £30+ wasted. Worst company ever, Don’t Buy!

Mini Saw. Poor customer service
I had a mini saw stopped working after a year and received the following response “our warranty period is 1 year. This order has exceeded the warranty period, and we no longer provide after-sales support.” Very disappointing approach re after sales. Just putting it out there before you buy anything.
I was happy with the device before this episode. It felt robust enough and certainly did the job. I felt sales support were very dismissive and things, particularly at this price point, should be repairable.
