Bought 3 indoor cameras
Bought 3 indoor cameras. Cost over £89. No small sum.
They connect to nothing. No way to even turn them on.
Have written and written and written but absolutely no response. Why do companies treat their customers like this? They risk bad reviews.
I want to return and get a full refund but how if they won’t even respond?
Such a let down.

Misappropriating sales information
Misappropriating sales information. I paid for paint sprayer weeks and weeks ago. Tuesday said it was on its way. Tracking does not exist. I am now applying for money back through my bank fraud team. Reporting this company for miss appropriating funds. This should be stopped and on line sales unless they are UK based should be banned. Every positive review on here is not genuine at all.

I bought Sakertool Welding Machine but Not Received and weeks and weeks now gone past.
I bought Sakertool Welding Machine, loads of Welding rods and Welding gloves, I only received Welding gloves ,now its been weeks and weeks of emails back and forth to ask me to wait because of high volume of buyers and iam still waiting, I hope I will receive them some point and I hope I wont wait eternity the unsettling thing is ,there is no tracking system that could help to see how long it will take,the only way its email customer service, I hope I have not been scammed, their advert is so good that convinced me to take the risk.

Iam super disappointed that I now will never recieve the Well advertised Welding Machine and Welding rods and what i can say good thing is that,I have received my full refund hence one Star.
By these well advertised items on Internet with conscious and some online sellers do not respond or give you refund ,that i got my money back ,that is greater relief but I really wanted the Welding machine, if it was real and if it worked as advertised.

I purchased the Saker Handheld Steam Cleaner and it broke on the first job I used it on, everything was going great, then pop and it tripped my electrics and didnt switch back on. On a good note there customer service were excellent, I requested a replacement but the issued a full refund.

Great Customer Service Response
I had bought a couple of things from Saker previously, and they were, and continue to be great.
I decided to order the cordless spray gun, which will be ideal for the fence in my large garden (no need for leads).
A problem with the online ordering (offers appearing after you have put payment details in, but before they have been processed) meant that my order was actually duplicated.
I immediately emailed Customer Services and put an IM on FaceBook. Saker came back very quickly, and are crediting my card account back with th cost of the duplicated item.
Great service, and I'm looking forward to receiving (one!) spraygun shortly.
