They stole my money

They stole my money. I wait for my refund for more than 5 weeks already. I contacted customer services several times. They keep saying that they still didn’t receive the package back to the shop. And now I am being ignored. If the package is lost, this shouldn’t be my problem. I even didn’t see my package. I didn’t get information about delivery date, so it was sent back to the sender 5 weeks ago. I should receive my money back!

Still nothing. I gave my IBAN the day they requested it. After more than three months it appears they have taken my funds either through incompetence or deception.

UPDATE 10 December 2024: A refund finally came to my bank account three and a half months after an order they cancelled without telling me. Communication and customer service are not their things but at least they returned the money after weeks of frustration.

Cancelled order and kept money. DO NOT ORDER FROM AZORES ISLANDS. I placed an order and paid by bank transfer. A month later with no word I emailed and was told they do not deliver to my address so my order was cancelled; I would be refunded by the end of the week. That was 6 weeks and 5 additional emails ago; still nothing. Now they don't answer my emails my order is cancelled and they kept my money. Placed order on 31 Aug 2024. Last told by them on 1 Nov that they sent request to finance department.

no relaiable

very dificult to understand the date of deliver

when i bought they said 3 days is already more then one week and nothing

plus they ask a password to get the link of the deleiver date ... doesnt make sense , sorry....

You will never need to create a password with us to view the tracking link; that requirement may come from the carrier themselves. Bad feedback and traceability

I placed my order, payed for it, but no feedback about the delivery! No estimated delivery terms provided, no trace of my parcel, no tracking number.

Very bad experience

My first experience was very bad. I payed my purchase on the 17th of July. On the 18th of July I received an e-mail saying they were sending the items on that day. I only received them on the 6th day! This isn't what they promised (2-3 days). I asked for their help several times via WhatsApp and they laughed at my face (why are you so angry?, they asked, adding some happy emoticons). They never searched for a solution as they promise on the website. I asked for the complaints contact and they never gave me one.
