I instructed the Samson team to carry out a Level 3 Survey on a property I was in the process of acquiring, and the service was excellent throughout. Camilla managed the entire process efficiently and professionally. My surveyor Raza Mohammed provided expert follow-up, insights and talked me through the findings in detail, and offered clear recommendations on the issues identified. A highly skilled and personal property service that I would strongly recommend.

I recently instructed Samson Consultants Limited to carry out a Schedule of Condition inspection on the loft and roof of my property, and I am extremely pleased with the service received. Mr Raza Khan was very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in his assessment. His report was detailed, clearly explained and easy to understand, which has been extremely helpful in understanding the condition of the loft and roof structure. I would also like to mention Camilla, who was incredibly helpful from the start. She took the time to understand the circumstances and arranged an appointment on a Saturday morning to accommodate access issues. Her communication, patience and support throughout the process made everything much easier. A genuinely professional and reliable firm, with excellent attention to detail and customer care.
