Was served by Robert, who was helpful and had good banter. We ordered a couple of items from the showroom floor that we asked to go back for after a little shop around.
Upon returning all the guys were busy so we waited until someone was free, the older smartly dressed guy then started moaning to another that he’d stole his stapler, I thought it was banter but it wasn’t. So we said to him we’re here to get our stuff to which he replied ok you know where it is? So we said yes.
Another guy see us pick up our stuff & asked us if we wanted any help, to which I replied no don’t worry I don’t want to stress anyone out. Sadly the old dude put a dampener on an otherwise good experience. Shame as other than that the service was spot on.

Very helpful guy in store, let us look, advised us of all aspects including delivery times. When we decided to purchase we were talked through all our payment options. Happy with the service from this store. Including delivery which we recently had, the guys removed their shoes when fitting our sofa & took all their rubbish away. A flawless service.

Never heard of this website before, but liked the look and size of the tramp. Ordering process was smooth and it was delivered in relatively good time, my only problem was the box was damaged and the handles to attach to the tramp were sticking through the box, but upon putting the tramp together nothing was damaged, maybe you would like to just note to the company who deliver your products that they could be treated better, I've got pictures if you wish for me to send them. Hubby helped me to put it together and I love being able to bounce at home 😁
