Zero stars

If I could put zero stars I would. Thus experience has been horrible a nd unacceptable. I placed an order on samsung.com on June 20th and here it is July 14th and my order is still processing and no one knows why because it was a 2 day shipping. I placed multiple escalations with customer service only for them to be clueless in the matter. No one knows anything yet the same day I placed the order, the money cleared my account. Unacceptable, unprofessional, uncalled for especially since I ordered a Samsung phone directly from samsung.com. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know

We bought Samsung products from NFM

We bought Samsung products from Nebraska furniture mart 4 months ago. Our fridge/freezer is not keeping anything cold. We lost hundreds of dollars of food. I put a ticket in 3 weeks ago each time I’ve talked to them they tell me they will contact me in 3-5 business days. Never have they attempted to contact me, I have had to call each time. I have sent receipt to get compensated 5 times. I will never buy Samsung again

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator and…

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator and paid $2,400. The fridge lost their coolant within 6 months and we lost our food. We contacted Samsung 4 times now, but they have not done anything to resolve the problem. The last customer service is rude and talks over us to the point we could not hear what she is saying. She tried to hang up, but good thing I chose to review the service received at the end of the call. Of course, I gave her bad review which she very much well deserved.

I talked to the store I bought the fridge from, and the salesman told me never buy Samsung and LG because their qualities are poor, and their mechanics do not know how to fix their own products since they are not well trained and are too new in the market. He said the store received too many complaints about the two name brands.

I bought a brand new Samsung charger from this shop in hafiz center.
@Mobile Links (Shop # LG-15)
It stopped working after one charge. Instead of a resolution, shop keepers are ready for fighting. No returns, No exchange, No accountability. Customer is wrong because he purchased it.

The Customer Service portal is broken

The Customer Service portal is broken. I bought a 55 inch $1700 television 11 months ago, the TV stopped working for no apparent reason. Their process of fixing it is to send a repair man out after about 3 to 4 days post phone call, have that person assess the television and then wait an additional amount of time to determine what needs to happen next. This requires additional time off work and additional irritation on my part. If only Samsung had to wait a month to get my money on the initial purchase. This will be the last Samsung I ever purchase.

Bad company

Costumer service repeatedly give bad information. Then they do not stand by their costumers. Even when their own updates cause software glitches. Lastly their lack of proactive work to find more samsung approved care places show how poorly their care about their costumers. Samsung is not a company that gives good costumer support, nor service.

Deplorable customer service

When my phone broke under a manufacturer defect it was a week long fight to get them to cover it. 2 months of trying to get it fixed because the only places they offer for repair suck. You go in with an appointment and they tell you leave for phone for days or come back and be the first one in the door then you might get help that day. The customer service reps online are all pulling from prompts that aren't fully written so if there's any confusion on the customers end you're screwed. You ask for customer service phone number. Its products. Customer service page is only chat no number. If you have issues with your agent they say they cant transfer you until you say you've emailed the ceo then like magic you're transfered. What a joke. Oh and the customer service rep was unhelpful because they couldn't initially explain why a watch price wasn't including my trade in cost. Turns out you can either have their discount from the shop or a trade in. Can't trade in on a discounted product even if you dont want the newest. What a giant scam. Not to mention that's not printed until the very bottom under reviews which means you're scrolling forever. This feels like its trying to deceive the customer in payment practices. Disgusting.

I would give this washer/dryer combo…

I would give this washer/dryer combo zero stars if I could.

I purchased the Bespoke All-in-One Washer Dryer Combo from Home Depot and paid extra for professional installation. From the beginning, the machine has been nothing but problems. It won’t drain properly, it doesn’t dry clothes, and because of that, everything comes out smelling like mildew. Instead of saving time, it has created hours of frustration.

Dealing with Samsung support has been just as disappointing as the machine itself. After multiple calls, I was repeatedly told the problem was a plumbing issue and not covered under the machine’s warranty. I hired a licensed plumber, who confirmed there is nothing wrong with my plumbing and that the issue is with the appliance itself. Despite that, Samsung continues to point the finger elsewhere instead of standing behind their product.

When you spend this much money on a premium appliance, you expect it to work and you expect the manufacturer to stand behind it if it doesn’t. Unfortunately, I received neither.

This has been one of the worst appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Based on both the product quality and the customer service experience, I will not be purchasing Samsung appliances again.

Sorry Excuse of a tech company

Horrible devices, horrible iPads, just when will I find a Samsung that’s not overpriced and laggy. I had an A8 and my parents said it costed £300. It lagged so bad, when something loud played, the iPad shut down. I recall one time when the battery was on 54% and when that happened, once the iPad turned on, it was only 2%. I tried to find a better iPad, but I found one Samsung one for £1600. I know on my life that I won’t be buying that device from a sorry, fodder pathetic excuse of a tech brand (coming from a 12 yr old btw). Then I saw the apple A16 10th gen. It was smooth and this exact device is what I’m typing on for this report. It was only £300. Months later, my sister had a new Samsung A10. It had ads where there shouldn’t be, and games couldn’t work because of that. The A8 on the other hand which I handed to my other sibiling, caught a virus and it showed an inappropriate image. Mind you, she’s only 9 and she’s not supposed to be exposed to such content.

Yours in hate or smth I guess

My refrigerator was broken in 8 months

My refrigerator was broken in 8 months, Samsung referred me to a local service. The service (Unique repair services) was terribly unresponsive, food were wasted; no idea when they would come. I contacted a local another service company out of desperation. Luckily They (We-fix appliances) came and fixed it very fast (I recommend them to everyone). I paid out of pocket (I beleive their cost was comparable). Samsung denies to reimburse me (despite it is still under manufacturer warranty) because I connected out of their contracted service. I tried to contact them many times, Samsung customer service does have any understanding, empathy. So stay away from Samsung, not only because their product breaks quickly, but more importantly their mindset, principal is very disappointing for such a big company: Be cheap and NOT to help customers.

Public Review : 6 Consecutive Hinge/Screen Failures TempteTitle

Title: 6 Consecutive Hinge/Screen Failures — Met with Unprofessional Corporate Disregard Review:I have been an incredibly loyal Samsung customer, but after my experience with their senior corporate management, I am completely done with this brand.I am currently on my sixth consecutive Galaxy Z Fold device. Every single one of these phones has suffered from the exact same engineering vulnerability: the internal hinge accumulates resistance, refuses to open fully flat, and the resulting mechanical stress forces a vertical hairline fracture straight down the inner screen crease. While my carrier and previous warranty claims recognized this obvious manufacturing defect in the past, Samsung’s executive escalation team has officially denied coverage for my current Galaxy Z Fold 5 (VOC Case #3102146183).When I requested a senior managerial review, the representative (Daniel Greene) handled it with shocking unprofessionalism. After highlighting my multi-year loyalty and a documented six-device failure loop, he closed my case with a blunt, cold, one-sentence email stating simply: "There is no assistance that can be offered for the repair of your phone." No context, no explanation, and zero professional courtesy.Expecting a consumer to continuously pay $210+ insurance deductibles or face a $2,000 retail replacement an inherent design vulnerability is an unfair business practice. Because Samsung corporate refused to look at my account history or take responsibility for their hardware, I have officially escalated this matter by filing formal complaints with the BBB, FTC, FCC, and the State Attorney General. If you are thinking about buying a Samsung folding device, stay away. The technology is fragile, and if it fails repeatedly,

Shady Warranty Practices & Held refund

Shady Warranty Practices & Held Assets: My Nightmare with Samsung Executive Escalations
I recently ordered a brand-new Galaxy Watch8 Classic (46mm) directly from Samsung, utilizing their trade-in program to send back my functional Watch5 Pro.
The new watch arrived defective out of the box, draining its battery completely in 19 to 21 hours instead of the advertised 40 hours. When I contacted customer service for a simple product exchange under warranty, they refused, claiming they "do not have a replacement process" for this type of case.
Instead, they forced me into a return-and-refund model. To make matters worse, their Executive Support team engaged in a complete bait-and-switch regarding my trade-in. I was promised in writing that my $250 trade-in credit would process within 24–48 hours of inspection. Once they had my physical watch in their warehouse, they altered the terms, stating they would withhold my trade-in credit for up to 14 business days until the entire defective order was completely closed. They also forced a painful 15-to-17 business day window just to process the cash refund on the broken watch they sent me.
They ultimately refunded my money according to their rigid, anti-consumer procedures, but the entire experience was completely unsatisfactory. Samsung does not care about its brand, its product quality, or its customers. If you trade your device in with them, be prepared for them to hold your money and your property hostage if the new unit they send you is broken. Save yourself the headache and look for other brands. I bought a Google Pixel watch, the technology is superior and the battery last 3.5 days!
