8k screen fault after 4 years - wasted £2.5k
4 years ago I bought a ‘flagship’ tv (their customer services words to me after it broke). It was an 8k 75inch tv costing circa £2500. I bought this because it was sold with a 5 year warranty. I registered as per the suppliers email and my tv is clearly shown online as registered. Last week the screen developed a fault and now only shows vertical lines. It needs replacing according to the technical company I contacted. I spoke with the most unhelpful Samsung customer services words person who said I had not registered in the right way and I did not have a 5 year guarantee but the tv was their top end range and sorry it’s broke. I asked to speak with a manager and 4 days later no call. Appalling service for the ‘flagship’ tv. TBH the picture quality was not great and the sound was no where as good as LG tv’s I have. I will not purchase another Samsung TV because of this experience and complete lack of ownership of their product. To continually repeat these are good tv’s when the screen has broken (effectively needing a new TV) is outrageous. I would recommend others avoid their 8k range as you’ll be buying a new one within 5 years according to my experience. If you do double check you have a 5year warranty because the registration process is there to catch you out.
Treat customers better!!
Why are we now Forced to either pay or watch ads to text? I have held out and kept a samsung phone for over 10 years. I will be switching to an iPhone. U fixed something that was not broken!!

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the Samsung Experience Store in Westfield Stratford City. I purchased a brand-new, unboxed Galaxy S26 Ultra along with the Official Samsung Anti-Reflecting Film. When I requested assistance to have the official film applied to my brand-new device, the staff members were incredibly rude and dismissive. They flatly refused to help, claiming they are "not allowed to perform the service." When pressed, they attempted to demand an exorbitant £30 fee just to apply a basic film protector. To make matters worse, another staff member admitted she had received zero training on how to install their own official accessories. This directly contradicts Samsung’s official corporate support documentation, which explicitly states: "You're welcome to visit any of our Experience Stores, where one of our colleagues will be happy to apply the screen protector for you."To be treated so poorly and given lazy corporate excuses after spending premium money on their flagship phone is completely unacceptable. If your retail staff are untrained and refuse to honor Samsung's public service promises, they should not be working in a flagship Experience Store. Total lack of accountability and terrible customer service. 0/5 stars.
Premium Price, Budget Lifespan
I purchased a Samsung TV for approximately $1,500, expecting it to last much longer than three years. Instead, the TV developed a failure where it repeatedly clicks, attempts to power on, and never displays a picture. After extensive troubleshooting—including testing the power supply, main board, and panel connections—it appears the LCD panel itself has failed.
What disappointed me even more was Samsung's customer service. Their response was simply that the TV was outside the one-year warranty, and they claimed they were unaware of this issue. Yet there are countless reports online from owners describing the exact same symptoms on this model.
I understand electronics can fail, but a premium television should not suffer a catastrophic panel failure after such a short period of normal home use. I expected better quality and better support from a company with Samsung's reputation.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase another Samsung television.
SAMSUNG' used to be a good company
SAMSUNG' used to be a good company. Not anymore. Service suck. Period. Product ordered 2 days ago with next day delivery service. Product not yet shipped. SAMSUNG is blaming BEST BUY, ROADIE, UPS, and everybody in their mothers for their failures. Getting resolution from SAMSUNG' customer service is not possible. The "best" they can do is to further escalate for "back-room team" to return a call within 24-48 hours. SAMSUNG became too large for their own good. It is time to spend our money elsewhere. Terrible service. Terrible.
Samsung laptop bought brand new from…
Samsung laptop bought brand new from Currys at Hanworth in 2025 , It stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
Of course the warranty has just run out , took it to a repair shop and they've told me it's board and CPU are both completely knackered and it's beyond economical repair.
£599 down the drain would never buy another Samsung product in my life and that's coming from someone who has had 4 Samsung mobile phones back to back as well as several Samsung TV's and couldn't be any more brand loyal.
Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. They just regurgitate the same copy & paste trash over and over. Not to mention the company itself has turned into even more of a money hungry machine. I've bundled offers for YEARS. Not anymore
Since i've had the phone
Since i've had the phone, no charger has ever fit snug. Always issues with carging and data transfer. Samsung is trash now. not lint. cheap shoddy (refurbished?as new?) I wouldnt put it past them
Horrible customer service..
Horrible customer service i asked to be transferred to a new department due to a product issue and the caller acting clueless, but was provided with a number that sent me to the same person. Frustrating how support isnt provided and the service itself is crap. Quick chat is just as bad the responses are slow and not very helpful .. didnt even ask for a order number regarding my case.

All customers are furious about the goggle messaging app basically forcing customers to use it we do not want goggle to have access to our messages that is a violation of privacy I will be getting rid of my device I have been a longtime customer and I’m very disappointed in there horrible service I am pretty sure they were paid to betray their customers

ExtremelyI strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing a Samsung phone.
After installing an official Samsung A73 software update, green lines suddenly appeared on my phone's display. The device had never been dropped, mishandled, or exposed to any physical damage. The issue started only after Samsung's software update.
When I approached the Samsung UAE Service Center, I expected the company to take responsibility for what appears to be a software-related hardware failure. Instead, my claim was rejected because the phone was out of warranty. It is unfair that customers are expected to bear the cost of a problem that was triggered by an official software update.
What disappointed me even more was the poor customer service. Rather than investigating the issue or offering a reasonable solution, my concerns were simply dismissed. This is not the level of after-sales support I expected from a global brand like Samsung.
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for over 10 years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. A premium brand should stand behind its products and support customers when issues arise due to official software updates.
I hope Samsung takes responsibility for these display issues and improves its customer support. Until then, I cannot recommend Samsung products to anyone looking for reliable devices and dependable after-sales service. Disappointing Experience with Samsung UAE
Samsung Galaxy S26
I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S26 phone about 3 months ago. The battery started to swell and was pushing the back off the phone. I tried to take it back to my phone carrier but because it was after their return, I had to deal directly with Samsung. I sent my phone in for repair and I then got a notification that they review of my phone was done and the cost would be $605! This was not covered by the warranty because somehow, they said the phone had gotten liquid in it which made the battery swell. So if I wanted to get my phone back, I had to pay $605 to repair a phone that I purchased for $900, so this phone is now costing me approximately $1,500 for a phone that is only worth $900. I tried to get them to review the phone again, but they said it was a final review and would do not more, my choices were to decline service or pay $605. The phone is too new so I couldn't purchase the replacement parts needed to get the repairs done elsewhere for cheaper. This is an absolute scam, I'm sure they decline warranties on almost any product that is returned to them.
Warranty Not Honored
If you have a product "under warranty", Samsung will give you an endless run-around telling you that 'they will get back to you within one to two business days with a repair tech'........only it never happens. I've been without a refrigerator for over a week now and they refuse to honor the warranty we have. The customer service phone line usually has a busy signal and call-backs are useless thus far. Incredibly frustrating getting the runaround lie every time you call. I will never buy another Samsung product as long as I live.
Samsung is a joke
Samsung is a joke. Products are crap with lots of glitches and corrupt file systems. I lost 4 years of backed up files because my pin wasn't recognized after a restart! They were not willing to help me at all. Going back to pixel. I see a BBB complaint in their future. You can see by their 1.3 star rating how much they care about their customers!? I went through 4 of their more recent phones in 3 years due to performance and durability issues. Before that, I had the same pixel for 3 years.
Don’t order from Samsung directly false promises
We recently ordered a bespoke Samsung refrigerator for over $3000 and when they arrived with it for delivery, they refused to install it stating that they cannot install it and they left it in the middle of my kitchen floor despite the fact that we paid the delivery with installation fee unfortunately we had already ordered the bespoke, smart Samsung double wall oven and today when they came to deliver that the driver also stated we do not do installation so therefore, I told him do not even take it off the truck just simply Wright customer refused, shove it up their ass because we paid a 199 fee for installation and delivery. Do not order this brand from Samsung directly. I strongly suggest if you’re going to get a Samsung appliance that you order it through a company like Lowe’s, where you are guaranteed delivery with installation.
Samsung makes garbage
Samsung makes garbage. I have a dishwasher, tv and fridge. The ice maker in the fridge stopped working after a month. The ice came out all salty before that for some reason. The dishwasher rusted after two years and the auto open feature to let the steam out stopped too. I barely use the thing and rusted to crap. Then the TV they have a block on it that doesn’t allow you to download the app for PlayStation. It’s the most complicated tv I have ever used and I only got it to play PS on the patio. Now it’s worthless junk gathering dust. Such a scam. I wanted to file a complaint but they said you only have one year for them to listen to your complaint or else they don’t care. Can you believe that???? What if the TVs were blowing up at two years and hurting people? Nope don’t want to know cause it’s more than a year. Head in the sand. So dumb
I am very disappointed with Samsung's…
I am very disappointed with Samsung's warranty repair service. I sent my earbuds in because the microphone was not working properly. Instead of repairing the actual issue, I was told that the charging case has water damage and that I must pay $177.53 for the repair.
The charging case works perfectly fine and has never caused me any problems. My warranty claim was for the defective microphone, not for the case. It feels like my original issue was ignored, and I was charged for something unrelated.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected Samsung to honor the warranty and diagnose the microphone problem, not deny coverage based on an unrelated issue. I cannot recommend this repair service based on my experience.
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung Support and Products
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service and the quality of this appliance.
I purchased a Samsung fridge freezer in 2022, expecting the reliability and quality associated with a premium brand. Unfortunately, the appliance has now suffered a major failure, with an independent technician identifying the compressor as faulty.
What has been most frustrating is not only the product failure itself, but Samsung's complete lack of ownership and urgency in resolving the issue. Despite reporting the fault and providing details of the suspected compressor failure, Samsung refused to arrange for a replacement part or take any meaningful action until their own engineer could carry out an initial inspection.
As a result, I was left waiting 10 days just for the first engineer visit, with no guarantee as to how long it will then take to obtain and install the replacement compressor. In the meantime, I have been without a functioning fridge and freezer for more than a week, causing significant inconvenience and additional expenses.
Due to the delay, I even had to pay for an independent technician to inspect the appliance myself. The diagnosis confirmed a faulty compressor, yet Samsung still insisted on following a lengthy process before taking any action. This approach demonstrates a complete lack of consideration for customers who rely on essential household appliances every day.
The quality of the product has fallen far below my expectations, and Samsung's customer support has been equally disappointing. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue quickly, the company appears more concerned with rigid procedures than customer satisfaction.
For a brand positioned as a market leader, I expected much better product reliability, communication, and after-sales support. Based on this experience, I would seriously reconsider purchasing Samsung appliances in the future.

North American Model S22 SM-S901W
- Bootloader Locked

I bought an anti-glare 55 inch oled tv…
I bought an anti-glare 55 inch oled tv recently costing hkd over 10,000, and they bait advertised that a free gift (a sound blaster which costs around hkd400 retail) would be sent to me after 1 month. So I went on their platform and uploaded the required documents (pretty obvious I was a genuine customer, with invoices, installation papers, address, means of contact). Then they sent me an email refusing to send me the gift. This is worse than not promising the gift. But I suspect they cant control their staff, are intent on making customers disgruntled and then siphoning off the free gift to their own people.
