I also got a call from "Sarah Baldi" wanting to discuss Italian food and extra virgin olive oil. Without being aware of other experiences I just took the view that this would be marketing scam and politely killed the conversation before she could get into her spiel. We were still at the friendly stage, hopefully they will not call again having got nowhere!

I received a call today from Italy, apparently from San Lorenzo company. At first they engage into a conversation about Italian products and whether you like like them and so on. Sounds like an investigation, except it's not. It's just direct, agressive, rude sales. When I said I was not interested and I do not want to go on, she keeps talking and talking as if I am still interested. Talks about cheese, coffee, pasta and whatever. Thinking to change my phone nr, but I have an idea they will find me again. I couldn't be bothered. I would much rather go to a shop and pick the products myself, but I will not buy San Lorenzo products just because they are pushing their products so agressively.

They offer you a free gift when it is in fact £73 for a bottle of olive oil, a jar of sauce and a pack of pasta.
Do not engage with this company. They will harass you with endless phone calls. If you block their number, they will start calling you using anonymous calls or numbers from all over the UK.
I keep repeating that I am not interested, but they continue to harass me several times a day, the main one is SARA BALDI...
Very rude and when I ask to be taken off their database she slams the phone down on me only to call me a few hours later with the same aggressive manner. AVOID... AVOID...AVOID
AWFUL COMPANY... I'd never buy off them the way I have been treated.

Continuo a ripetere che non sono interessato, ma continuano a molestarmi più volte al giorno, il principale è SARA BALDI ...
Molto scortese e quando chiedo di essere tolto dal loro database mi sbatte il telefono su di me solo per chiamarmi poche ore dopo con lo stesso modo aggressivo. EVITARE ... EVITARE ... EVITARE
TERRIBLE COMPAGNIA ... Non le comprerei mai come sono stato trattato.

WORST PHONE HARRASSMENT EVER. I have blocked no less than 50 numbers of theirs over the last 8 months. Made the mistake of ordering a couple parcels of overpriced goods and have not been able to get “Paola” to stop calling. Daily. Two to 4 times a day on both land and cell lines. They are off the scale aggressive and I have had to get downright nasty. Still, the calls on ever changing numbers continue...

Hilarious, my phone number is linked to the old owners address. I am forever getting sales calls, meant for the previous owner of the phone number. I kept them on the phone for nearly 20 minutes. At the end I said I was not interested in their over priced goods. I was accused of wasting their time. The irony!

Total rip off. Decent quality food sold for premium price.

Sara got angry at me when I declined her offer. Uses all phychological tricks to gain an order.

I think we all have learned a lesson, myself included. Their behaviour is unacceptable. Never experienced anything like it.

Made the mistake of accepting a box of good quality but overpriced food some years ago when I was first cold-called by San Lorenzo. I've been pestered ever since by a call centre working on their behalf. I suspect that even if I had not fallen for it in the first place they would still have continued to call. This harassment needs to be stopped by the authorities but how?

Unbelievably pushy salespeople calling me not even wanting to admit they're trying to sell stuff. After talking to them for a while it becomes very clear that is exactly what they're trying to do. As I have gotten repeat calls they have clearly not honoured my request to remove my number from their call list. Hope they get screwed royally when GDPR makes that kind of treatment of peoples data illegal.

Jag rekvirerade dock "lådan" med Italienska godsaker i "utvärderingssyfte" men har ännu inte betalat, jag blev informerad att jag inte behövde betala förrän jag smakat i lugn och ro... så det tänker jag inte göra! På fakturan stod det dock att de skulle ha betalt inom 5 dagar - vilket skämt!! Via mailkontakt påstår dom nu 14 dagar men jag hävdar fortfarande min rätt som utlovats vid telefonsamtalet. Får väl se om "Sara" skickar några "beväpnade bröder" som ska utmäta skulden!?
Lådan innehöll pasta (påstods i tel samtal att det var färsk pasta, men icke!! och 38 kr för 500 gr... ett "rip off"), kaffe (inte provat ännu), pesto (som hemgjord innehållande en bra mängd parmesan), honung (fin med hint av apelsin), balsam vinäger (skulle vara 5 årig men tvivlar, dock bra och relativt tjock i konsistensen), olivolja mm. Bra kvalitet på det vi provat men alldeles för högt pris förutom oljan som kan jmf med Planeta (om ni känner igen den) doft av färskt gräs med en fin men ganska lätt smak och i detta fall en stark eftersmak. Bra tycker vi och "bara" 100 kr jmf med Planeta på 200 kr för samma mängd. Summering: Finns bättre och billigare utbud i saluhallen och delikatessaffärer. Det mesta förutom kaffe, olivoljan och balsamvinägern fortsätter vi göra hemma, eller köpa i den lokala italienska dellin. Hoppas detta kan vara till nytta för någon. Mvh ARK

I have similar experience as many others. However i accepted the "box" with Italian goodies for "evaluation purposes" but has not yet paid, I was informed that I did not have to pay until I tasted the goods ... so I will not! On the bill it was stated that they expected to get paid within 5 days - what a joke !! I contacted them by email where they claim 14 days, but I will still claim my right as promised during the phone call. Well, see if "Paula" sends some "brothers in arms" to claim the debt !?
The box contained the pasta (Sara told me it would be fresh pasta, but not !! and 38 kr for 500 gr ... a "rip off"), coffee (not tried yet), pesto (as homemade containing a good amount of Parmesan ), honey (fine with hint of orange), balsam vinegar (claimed it would be 5 years old but I doubt, though good and relatively thick in consistency), olive oil, etc.
Good quality of what we tried but far too high a price with exception of the oliveoil that can be compared to Planeta (if you recognize it) scent of fresh grass with a nice but fairly light taste, and in this case a strong aftertaste. We like it and "only" 100 kr compared to Planeta at 200 kr for the same amount. Summary: There are better and cheaper options in the well sorted supermarkets and delicatessen stores. Except coffee, olive oil and balsamico, we continue to make our own or buy in the local Italian delli. Depending on any inconveniences from tham regarding payments I'll be back with info. I remember trying this quality just in 5 stars restaurants in italy..
I just loved the quality of all the products, especially the olive oil its great,I use it everyday...In Sweden it is hard to buy good oil. I'm looking for the Taggiasca oliv oil that only grows in Liguria, so I buy it from San Lorenzo...All the products had such a good quality and that boy Marko from San Lorenzo was so welcoming.I'm going to order more for sure....

Do not buy from this company unless you want to be called by them every week for an aggressive sale. I have asked several times politely to stop call me, but they just don't. I contacted their service desk by email and even got a confirmation that they would delete my customer record. But they didn't. Got a call again.

At first I found the products a little bit expensive,but when I got to try them I have to say they're more than worth it.All the products had such a good quality and that girl Sara from San Lorenzo was so welcoming.I'm going to order more for sure....

I just loved the quality of all the products, especially the olive oil its great,I use it everyday. I've been ordering for 5 months until now and I love the delivering because its easy getting things that way.

OMG the best olive oil ever. When I heard marco and sara taking about it it looked unreal, but I really was surprised when I saw everything by myself, lovely. Now I want more and more and more😊 90 euro is nothing for the quality that you offer, thank you again San Lorenzo, you are the best.

Total telephone harrassment. The San Lorenzo sales person calling will not stop talking and refuse listning when I ask them to remove me from their database. Somethimes I get a person that aplogize and promise to remove me..which of cause do not happen, but moste it is a woman that keeps talking and do not listning and I end up getting extreamly angry at her and in the end just hang up sine he keeps on talking anyway - I wold recommend anyone to never buy from this company.

I would call it telephone harrassment. The lady calling would not stop talking and she refused to take no for an answer. I kept repeating myself, saying that I do not wish to receive any products from them. Finally she hung up the phone without "goodbye" when she realized I was serious about not accepting her supposed "special offer". My advice: Just hang up if Sara Baldi or anyone else from San-Lorenzo.com calls you.

I listened their offer just to be polite but when I told them that I wasn't interested on it, they didn't accept that answer and insisted so many times. I told them hundrets times I didn't want the offer no matter the produts, no matter the price, no matter it would be free of charge they just didn't accept my explanations (that shouldn't be necessary otherwise). They tried to force me to accept the sending until I had no alternative than hang up them. Quite agressive way to sell products.
I hope they won't send the packet because the way that they behaved, it seemed that they could do it anyway whithout my agreement.
This way to not accept a no is quite clear a harassment and if they just send the packet anyway, it could be similar than a "comercial rape".
I hope aswell that the authorities shall protect the consumers from this kind of agressive practices.
