Good quality, reasonably priced. No agressive sales talks!

The Lady from San Lorenzo called again. They criminally charged my UK Debit Card with £ UK Pounds for Items listed in Euros on their Website. Once you accept a delivery, they never stop. then over-charge you! The products in the parcel can be purchased for less than the Delivery Charge in your local Supermarket. YouTube videos show San Lorenzo blatantly telling lies to their 'Victims' because "Customer" is NOT the correct word. We read in the Newspapers that the 'Italian Agri-Mafia' is more profitable than the Narcotics Mafia trade. This we know from history, will lead eventually to the collapse of Italian Banks. Italy will have to suffer the same fate as Greece. San Lorenzo will be partly responsible. Innocent Italians will suffer the dire consequences, needless abject poverty, just like Greece. The Italian Police need to INVESTIGATE!

the sales-woman gave me the impression that she would send me a free sample.

i asked 3 times and stated that i wasn't interested in paying for their services and she confirmed that i wasn't supposed to pay - only after 7 days should i pay "if i was satisfied".

clearly this is illegal (according to danish law) and i'm proceeding filing a complaint with the danish consumer agency.

I've just been called again from San Lorenzo wasting my time talking about food and offering their very special products to me personally. While I know the nice woman talking to me cannot help having that job, I still hate getting disturbed on my private phone by someone that just want to sell me stuff.

I am fully capable of finding products on the internet and in stores. I do not need anyone to call me. I will make sure not to support San Lorenzo in any way in the future.

We once ordered some products, just to try. Quite expensive. We decided not to order any more products, and we politely told them so several times, shortly after our first order. However, for over TWO YEARS we keep getting telephone calls from their sales office (they use many different numbers, also from outside Italy) and WON'T STOP CALLING even if I threatened to report them to the police. They just have no respect for the customer. What do they think? If they keep calling a thousand times, maybe we will order again???!!! NEVER EVER. AVOID ever buying anything with this company!

The headline basically says it all. But to add some relevant informarion they don'tkeep what they promiseand tjen it doesn'tmatter thatthey have a nifty business idea or that their products are of fine quality.

They refuse to stop phoning even knowing that we do not want their products and have now sent a box which we have not ordered. This happened last year too when the box contained a few items which could have been bought locally for a fraction of the price. But we found it so difficult to return that we foolishly paid just to be rid of the pestering. Trading like this would be illegal I think if done within the UK. Have nothing to do with these people. Spread the word !

They've called me three times, each time from different numbers. First call I politely said no, second call I told them someone had already called two hours ago, they said it was impossible (strange since I could repeat previous callers selling techniques word by word!) and despite my very clear NO I had to hang up the phone to make him stop. Third call I just hung up.

Insanely annoying phone harassment. They are trying to sell a box of Italian food stuffs at an inflated price. Avoid at all costs (and thank goodness for Avast call blocker!).

They called me yesterday asking if i like italian food.
At the end of the call the sales person told me they would send me their package for 700 swedish crowns. I politely said no, but the sales person continued. I told him no several times, and that i DO NOT want the package, i won't pick it up or I will send it back and I definitely won't pay for it. I got upset cause the sales person continued. He told he knew my address and the package will be sent no matter what i say. I did not confirm my address and in the end i was screaming at him that i will sue him. But the sales person laughed at me and told me I will receive the package in 2 weeks! NOT going to pick it up! I advice to stay as far as possible from this company!!! They don't seem to take a NO! Horrible! I have contacted the consumer authority in Europe about this and I will take this as far as I need to if the package arrives. Terrifying that they would send the package even though I never agreed on it!

In Sweden it is hard to buy good oil. I'm looking for the Taggiasca oliv oil that only grows in Liguria, so I buy it from San Lorenzo.

They call me day and night.
I gave up and ordered a package and recived it.
The package is not worth the money.
Then strange calls starting comming from +39 numbers, it wpould ring once then hang up and then ring again within 1-2 minutes from a different number, this happend 2-6 times a day for about a month.
Now they are calling me and claiming that they did not recive the money.

I think the advice is NEVER to call them back, I'm sure that it is what the scam is all about.

This company: San Lorenzo, does not know when to stop. They have called my mother, who is 83 years old and demented. I told them about her age and they keep calling anyway, sometimes 3 times a day, that's why I say: This company must be stopped! Don't buy their stuff, it's expensive and it's a very bad company. Let's unite to stop this fraud-company!

I've been trying to get rid of their telemarketing people, as their constant calls are becoming quite annoying, for quite some time. So far I've been unsucessful. I've even tried telling her to go to hell, and I'm usually not a rude person. Don't get me wrong, she's a nice enough woman, but I don't want her calling me every few weeks, as I can more easily, and at a much lower cost find the products she's offering in my local superstore. Does anyone know how to be taken off their call list?

Telemarketing from Italy.
First call they were very nice and they seemed to me like a trustworthy company.
The ensuing teleharassment proved me wrong.
Don't give this company a sliver of a hope of selling you their overpriced products or they will continue harassing you ad infinitum.
I felt I had to create a profile here just to warn you.

I purchased some items from this Company and whilst the products I received were very good they were quite expensive. Some weeks later I received a follow up call from them asking if I was satisfied and if I would like to place another order....I politely declined and indicated if or when I wanted something I would contact them. Two years later I'm still receiving regular (now almost weekly) calls and they are quite aggressive and sometimes abusive. I'm unable to block the calls as they're international so I am looking into what legal action I can take to stop the harrassment. I'd suggest you avoid any contact with this company as once they have your details they will hound you constantly.

July 2016 - in the space of 2 days last week we received another 3 calls from this company. Both my wife and I have told them (again) and on several previous occasions that we do not wish to place any further orders however during the last call the female sales person literally laughed at my wife then said she's send us some free gifts by way of an apology....but they'd cost us £59.00!!!. This company just wont take no for an answer. As I've said previously I suggest you avoid any involvement with them
Sept 2016 - and it's them again!!! They're still unable to comprehend the word "NO" !!!

Where do I start! Received cold call early December 15, polite call going through my tastes in Italian foods, leading to them sending (their choice) sample pack of pastas and oils, when recorded it wasn't quite all to my tastes, so the next day I sent email requesting return.
Well, weeks later I receive mail offering a discounted price, but I still wished to return. No reply for weeks then get a call threatening authorities and reclaims ect, have since paid the discounted price( not used the foods) to end this time wasting fiasco, not an experience I want to do again. Don't get talked into accepting anything unless you really want the products or a lot of hassle

Years ago I bought some of their products - twice . First time we agreed on when they should deliver the products - and they send it much later, when I was on vacation. So when I got home and picked it up at the post EVERYTHING was green and moulded!!! Mistakes happens and I was a patient customer. I tried to buy again even though they never gave me a discount for the first mistake. The salesguy pressured me to buy more that I wanted. Again it came much later, and I didn't like the taste of the cheese and the meat.

Therefore I decided never to buy any of their products ever again. With a normal company I could just inform them, they would give me an apology and never call me again. But oh no, not San Lorenzo!!!! They keep calling me. I have been polite, I have explained, I have been rude, I have hanged up on them, I have SCREAMED at a salesguy and once I even tried to sell a used car to the salesguy - hoping he would get tired of me.
But nothing seems to work. they just keeps on calling. I have actually considered to take my phone down - just to get rid of them.

I strongly advise you NEVER to buy anything from San Lorenzo!!! Unless you want a "phonefriend'" for life!!!
