We had a very positive experience at Butterfield Self Storage. Starting with the professional manner in which we were treated to the way everything was handled as far as Social Distancing, etc., to keep everyone safe. The terms of the rental agreement were made very clear and we feel our items will be stored in a secure manner. The grounds are very clean and well maintained as well. I would recommend this facility.

The storage unit we have is a real room saving system for us and I share it with others who need help for time to time.

Got here 20 min before closing and Chris was in the office to help me out. I wanted to get things done before closing and told him I didn’t need to see the unit but he told me It would be a better idea to see it before doing the paperwork and I’m glad I did, just to make sure my things will fit. Chris is super awesome and very friendly , even though I was the last customer of the day and came close to closing I didn’t feel rushed. He got all the paperwork together quickly. Amazing customer service, storage unit/area is very clean and grounds are well maintained. Affordable for what we need, I’m so happy I found and chose this place. If you need a storage unit do not hesitate to choose Mira Mesa self storage and a big plus is that they guarantee their price for 1 year. Other places do it for 6 months only.

Super fast and easy setup to get a new climate controlled storage unit. Incredibly clean and new facility and the staff couldn't be any nicer. Highly recommend if you are in need of storage.

This is our first time renting a storage unit and we are so pleased that we chose North County Self Storage. The office staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very efficient while handling our transaction. The unit that we rented is climate controlled and was extremely clean. The facility has carpet in the hallways leading to our unit and they provide a moving cart that has been a lifesaver. We highly recommend this facility!
