Mix up with someone else’s order meant that I got an item which I had to return to Sandra’s. I’m still waiting for my order.

I was sent a nightdress instead of my order for a mastectomy bra, then asked to send it on to the person who should receive it ? Unfortunately the royal would not take it from my house ,the address was incorrect ? I live many miles from a post office , so needed a Royal Mail collection . I then had to get a friend to post it for me , back to Sandras online. I am still awaiting for my bra . !!!

I wanted a button through nightdress not a button front nightdress

The site was easy to use and informative.
The delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed.
The nightgowns were bought for a relative and she was very pleased with them.

I bought a 2 pack of bras, which weirdly came in two separate postings a few days apart. I tried on the first bra, and it seemed to fit ok. I then removed the tags.
I wore the bra for a few hours a few days later, and to my disappointment the bra lost it's supportive shape, especially at the back, over those hours. It sagged and gave none of its initial support. It was therefore not fit for purpose and poorly made, even though it had seemed fine on first trying it on.
On sending the bras back to the company, I was told I would not be refunded for the poorly made bra as I had worn it briefly - even though its faults only became apparent through wear.
Poor products and poor customer service. Avoid!

Nice product, came quickly

I was very happy with my black petticoat. I've been looking for one for a while, good quality and fitted well all over. The lace top looks good because my dress is slightly low and gaping in the front. So it looks lovely just showing a little lace.

Two lovely nightdresses with which I'm very pleased. Bit of an issue over a muddle with the order - I got someone else's by mistake and then mine the next day - but customer services people were very helpful sorting it all out.
