I received my items within 3 days of dispatch was given the exact expiry date at time of purchase and even received a free bar of chocolate.

As many have said I was a little apprehensive about this website especially around Xmas everyone should be extra vigilant so I looked at not only the reviews but the reviews as well and was fairly confident they were real. My mums favorite choc bar is cherry ripe and is only available in 1 shop in the UK so I am absolutely over the money and not only that it was actually cheaper than the shop even with p&p. Definitely a repeat customer here :)

It was easy to order. Prices are reasonable - lots of items on special offer, so the chance for a bargain!
It’s great to be able to buy things that are usually only avaible in Australia.
I chose 2nd class delivery on Wednesday and my order arrived by Royal Mail on Monday morning.
There was even a freebie chocolate bar in the parcel.
Would recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I receive such a good service each time I order items from SANZA. Very quick delivery and within the time frames set out. My last order came the next day! Always very good products with long self-life. My go-to shop for tasty treats and beer!

So when I first saw the website I was sceptical about ordering. Prices were good so kept my order small ‘just in case’. However they are brilliant, delivery arrived on the date advised, was well packaged and all as it should be. Very impressed and will be a regular customer from now on.

Purchased quite a big order a while back, it came promptly, well packaged and on good dates, the website is quite outdated in design, so I was sceptical about it, but I'll now be a regular customer!

I have shopped twice now with sanza both times great experience. Products arrived earlier than expected as I paid for 2nd class post (as it was cheaper by weight). Love L&P so glad I can get it here in the UK and the prices are not that bad considering they import the items. Ohh and violet crumble are to so tasty.

Customer service stands out with this company in a sea of hit and miss customer satisfaction experiences with British companies. I received my beloved Marmite -- which I've stocked up on annually for the past 35 years when travelling home to NZ (not 2020) -- within a few days of making the order. And it came in good packaging and with a gift; what a lovely touch!

Can't fault the service at all. They gave a date of when the parcel would be shipped and less than 24 hours from being shipped, the parcel was delivered.

Would highly recommend Sanza. Ordered good for delivery to Ireland. There was a slight issue with my delivery not on their part. Once i emailed them, their response was so efficient and issue was resolved so quickly and received all my goods in a timely manner.

Used SANZA UK for the first time this week. I’m from Western Australia wanting to send some local beer to my Pommie mate, he can’t get over this year. The service was unbelievably good, Amazing! I’ve ordered from this place more times than I can remember. Delivery is always very quick, and the service is excellent. One order was missing an item, I sent an email to them, and the missing item was delivered the next working day. I will definitely be ordering again.
