Malcolm and Clive really helped me out. They both intimately understand the SAP process and gave me invaluable advice which ultimately resulted in my new build passing the assessment process. With the relatively recent changes to the building regs this has become an area of some confusion for house builders (myself included) but the guys at saps4u cut through the complexity and simply gave me concise targeted advice based on years of experience. To say they are pragmatic and approachable is an understatement. When I first approached them I was confused about the process, I’d had a bad experience with a previous assessor, I’d been told I might need solar PV or external insulation, which was very concerning to me. Clive was able to very quickly understand the issues I was facing and make sense of all the confusion and complexity. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. The service I received was prompt, polite, efficient and very reasonably priced. Thanks Saps4u, you really helped me out. I appreciate it.

I found them to be unhelpfull and the tone of their emails was that they really did not want to provide me with SAP assestment they they said it will take several weeks !!

Garage conversion: I employed this company to challenge my building inspector who wanted 50mm PIR backed plaster board to line my walls which was going to reduce the size of an already small room plus expense. A chap called Clive Chitty who was assigned to me by Saps4u was excellent. He quoted me very reasonable prices and he he found loop holes in the regulations that meant I didn't even need to line my walls with any insulation. He saved me a small fortune and I'll end up with a bigger room. The building inspectors were a bit shell shocked about being put right. Well done Clive! I appreciate your diligence.
